Boost Mobile

Justin gave me the best customer service I have ever received from Boost. He was extremely helpful with answering questions & helping me set up a new phone & account. I highly recommend the Longmont Main St Boost store.

This is the worst phone company ever I would never deal with this messed-up company the worst phone service you could ever have and when you call the Boost Mobile in Longmont you can't never get nobody to answer the phone they must not ever be open you can't get any help from them people my God don't call the customer service number all they'll do is lock your phone like they did mine and couldn't even use it in number one can't even understand nothing they said

Been with Boost a long time. Always been great, and the folks in the store are the best.

I would have given no stars if I could have! I went to sign up for phone service and was charged for such. You would think I would get phone service... after two hours they told me to go to greely. Then when I asked for a refund said they could only return the activation fee. Even tho I never even had service on my phone! What a scam.

Shout out to Gladys for setting up my new phone with my new SIM card when 5 different representatives from Boost couldn’t get it done! Gladys is a super hero!

Every time I visit the service is fine. They don't bend over backwards for you or anything, but they are polite and professional. They upgraded my high speed data allotment for free, so that was cool. I've been a boost customer for years with no complaint. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't use their phone as a status symbol.

The business practice of boost mobile I've never had a problem with and highly recommend them to others. The main purpose of this review is the owner is awesome and will help if he can. Even gives advice if he/they can. Again, I highly recommend.

DO NOT GO TO BOOST MOBILE!!! They say "no contracts" but what they don't tell you is that they will not unlock the phone for a year if you choose to switch to another carrier. Spoke to several different representatives and was assured twice that the phone would be unlocked within 3-5 business days. Upon checking on status was informed again that they won't unlock it for a year. So, you have the option of using your newly purchased phone as a paper weight or you use their service. Very misleading, horrible communication and customer service and very deceitful to consumers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hands down the most frustrating customer service ever. I put down a payment on a phone three+ weeks ago, got a call a few days later saying they are out Of stock. Witch is reasonable, I was givin’ a phone number to call to order my new phone, yet the operator/ phone teller hangs up on me every time!?
