Very bed experience, they charging additional tax and insurance. And they don't have price brack up. Also the sales person said it mandatory to buy phone cover and screen garde with phone for extra $50. Otherwise they don't sell phone. It was my first and last time to this store.

Walked into this location regarding an upgrade and I felt more brushed off than anything. The rep was trying to charge me too much for an upgrade and Because of her I went two doors to the left and switched to cricket where I was so much happier with cricket's service. I end up with 2 nice phones for the price of the 1 metro was trying to get me for. Good bye metro thanks to this location.

I walked in at 745 pm because on the website it says closed at 9pm and she tells me I can’t add a line right now cause she closed at 8. Stupid. Plus even if they closed at 8 I still walked in before 8 , it’s common sense.

On Friday September 24 I was in need of assistance with my device Wich is from metro so after work I tried to get help at this location 15 minutes before closing time and a young man and young woman told me they could not help me because it was Almost closing time and it was Friday night and they had to go home, they did not even hear me out to see what my problem was , in fact they even had the open sign turned off and it was still 7:45 even thou the closing time hours on they're door read open till 8:00 pm they should change it to 7:45 in fact the did not even let me in the store , after me being a 5 year client so sad 😢 I'm moving to some other company they don't deserve my business.
I bought a phone here (Motorola) the phone was complete junk! It never had good or decent service most of my incoming calls would go to voicemail because of how bad the phone was as far as getting any service reception. I later switched to a different service provider and was given my account number wrong the first time (my Metro pcs account #) the second time I was denied my account number over the phone and was told that I needed to go in, in person to get my account number. I tried looking up my account number online and wasn't successful. I needed my account number to transfer my old phone number with my new service provider. The service is affordable but the cell phones are expensive and cheap. I also took a trip to Nebraska and we had no service reception. Good luck!
I normally have good service in any of the stores but this one. Since having my service, they either don't know, don't have it, never heard of it or don't have phone numbers to other stores to check for you. They don't seem to want to get off the stools they are sitting on to help you. They will be a very last store I shop at of ever.
Took my teen age daughter in for her 1st cell phone (13). Wow what a experience, first walk in and get greeted by to young guys who are dressed like gangsters and smell like liquor. Then trying to have them help us pick out a phone I see the one guy pointing at my daughters butt. Seriously I was about to smack this kid. Never go in here! How does a place like this stay in business? Hire some adults!!! What a joke.
Love the company and the service. However when we went to lower our bill because we no longer need as much data... The representative at this store tried to talk us out of it for 30 minutes.
