Cecily gave us the most amazing service we've ever experienced at AT&T, and maybe anywhere else! She is knowledgeable, friendly, knew every discount and savings to offer, and there was not a question we had that she didn't know how to immediately answer. We upgraded 3 lines, she did all the transfers, set ups, screen protectors, everything. Incredible, and can't recommend her and this location more!!!

I considered canceling my 10+ service with AT&T after how I was treated at the castle rock location . But I chose to go to the location in southlands instead. The service was wonderful and quick. Dylan was great. I would NEVER go to or recommend the location in castle rock. But thank you AT&T in Southlands, keep up the good work !

I had to go into the southlands location today. I had great service but there was a wait and only one young man working. He was super helpful but had a lot of customers to deal with and I felt bad. Why is he working alone in a store? Why does he not have help?

I went into this location August 14th. About 30 minutes before closing, Dylan was the only associate working He was with another customer and was very prompt to help me. Afterwards, I was porting over a number and was having issues and hitting roadblock after roadblock. Dylan was awesome, he did everything in his power to make sure I left last night what the phone He ended up having to work late because of me. And as I kept apologizing, he kept telling me it's okay. Have you ever got to this location? Ask to speak to Dylan for assistance.

We were very impressed and pleased with the assistance we received from store manager Torrey and associate Tony. My phone was at least 10 years old and my husband and I are both way behind the tech curve. They took great care of us!

Worst experience I've ever had completely lied to when I got my phones. Don't ever trust this AT&T in the Southern mall. They talked us into adding a business account and we would get Apple watches which never. Told us insurance was added to our account when my son dropped his phone. We went to make a claim there was no insurance. AT&T was willing to do nothing for us.

One of the worst AT&T stores you could ever go to. The level of professionalism is at a point where I wouldn’t call them employees but robbers. When I bought my daughter a phone for her birthday, the robber that helped us, Dylon, had told us that there was a promotion going on where we would receive an airpod for free. These airpods were very pricy mind you, and so I believed that he was doing my family a good deed. That was not the case. Month after month my account was mysteriously being charged again and again, so I went to customer service and found out that those airpods had not been free and that AT&T had never had any such promotion. I did not want to pay the premium for something that I believed to be free so I went to return them at the store. However, the manager, Troy, assured me that they did have a promotion and that I would see my account with credit for those airpods. I waited for a while and those credits never came. When I returned to the store, they, including Dylon and Troy tried to gaslight me into believing that they had never said such a thing. tl;dr If you actually ever go to this branch, make sure to record what they say and read all the fine print, because they might just scam you out of a couple hundred dollars. I recommend going to the AT&T branch on Hampden ave, the employees there don’t try to rob you!

If I could give 15 stars, I would!! I had the worst experience converting from t-mobile while out of state but my hero, Cecely (I hope I spelled her name right) is the most amazing and empathetic person I've come across in a long while. She expertly managed our mind-numbing experience and really made us feel like she was there to help us unravel it -- even staying overtime, while keeping a pleasant, friendly, and wonderful demeanor. She'll take care of you if you go here. Seriously.

Terrible customer service. I switched to AT&T a few weeks ago. I called the store to ask about rates and was told I could get a discount if I came in and signed up in person. Now I know the kid was just trying to get a commission. I was charged for an activation fee he told me would be waived, an insurance plan I wasn't informed about (I own my phone outright and didn't want insurance) and the full non-promotional rate that he told me would be discounted. I've been back in the store 3 times since signing up and didn't get any real help until I called the billing department. Turns out he signed me up for discounts that I'm not actually eligible for and didn't tell me what the requirements were, so now I'm paying more for a single line on AT&T than what I was paying on T-Mobile for 3 unlimited lines, 2 tablets and a smart watch. If you go in the store watch out for Dylan, he will tell you anything to get that commission.
