T-mobile has the best customer service and support. I've been a customer for 15 years, and have never had a bad experience. The wait times are a little longer on Saturday's if you're going in to purchase a new device, we go as soon as they open and it makes a difference. Great location, knowledge staff and excellent hospitality. Thank you!
I have been in the store 5 times in a month just because there's no service. T- Mobile is charging for service that doesn't work. The phone they sold me already is having problems and I had it for a month. Horrible service and not worth the spending money on something that doesn't work.
I somehow managed to break my phone while on the job. This happened to be the location nearest to me at the time. I walked in and, to my surprise, there was my hero... Oscar. Dude must've been changing the lives of customers ALL DAY because he had this glow about him like he just emanates positivity. Oscar and Dre helped get me set up with a new phone so I could get back to playing Pokémon GO on my state mandated 10 minute work breaks. If you're having phone issues you need to Pokémon GO visit Oscar and Dre at T-Mobile!
Only because of Ethan!!!! JD lacks customer service!! If you dont like your job there are other locations that are hiring!!! Dont bring your scumish, lackadaisical a** to Southlands!!!! We are striving for excellence and upkeep in our neighborhood!!!! Take the attitude elsewhere. If you open at 11AM.... open!! If your unable to open at that time, maybe you should clock in 30mins before opening or change your Hours!!!!!

Jay was a huge help in setting up a new account! This store looks terrific, we understand it was recently remodeled. Clean and comfy, lots of displays.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I waited for a half hour before they even acknowledge my existence. 15 minutes later I was told it's still going to be another 25 minutes before they can help me. Seriously over an hour and 20 minute wait? When I questioned that and told them that's unacceptable they said they were short staffed. I said not my problem wait apparently it is my problem. He asked me to leave the freaking store and take it up with his manager. Obviously I did what's the number for AT&T again? Stay away from this store their attitude sucks they are horrible customer service it doesn't get any worse than this place it should be ashamed of themselves

The people working at this store were excellent. They knew what they were doing and have a ton of patience!!
I was with Sprint since 2007 then I moved over to tmobile in Oct of 2021. We were misled about trading in phones, getting credits and paying them in full. Then my phone wasn't working, did a warranty exchange and the store couldn't get the warranty exchNge to work for 2 months. I finally called customer care and they got it taken care of for me. Just took in my daughter's phone to get a new screen protector and case put on cause they've ALWAYS put new screen protectors on for me. The gentleman Franklin was rude and told me they me they don't do that...ummm what??? ..This store NEEDS to be CLOSED down. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS at BEST!!!

inexperience representative and also being lied to, was at this store to merge my two t-mobile accounts together as one. and the rep was helping me took about two hours and after that he told me everything was done. after 2 weeks later and i find out that i still have 2 different accounts, my account is not merge.

We hd a unique situation dealing with an apple watch and trying to get a new line. It took time and patience and Dimitris was so patient and thoughtful on how to get the problem solved. Customer service is so important and it was so refreshing to have a wonderful experience.
