I’ve been an AT&T Customer for over 15 years. I know that quality of service has slid everywhere, but today was the last straw for me at this store. Chase was extremely rude and didn’t care to help at all. I went in because I had a billing question and I needed my phones unlocked as I was considering going to Verizon. Chase could tell that I was annoyed. He said “You’re coming in here hot.” I told him I had already spent quite a long time on the phone with AT&T and they were having service issues. Plus, I realized I had been overcharged. I told him it had nothing to do with him. Chase said he couldn’t help me and that I needed to call or go online. I said I had done that already. Chase said’ “We’re only in sales” and he can’t help. I asked him to write down the website. You can see in the photo he gave me a sticky note saying to Google it. It was only after I asked him again for an actual website that he begrudgingly wrote down the site he did. When I asked Chase for his name, he said “I’m not giving that to you because you’re just going to try to take my job.” I asked for a receipt for my final payment which had his name on it. If he was proud of the quality of his work, he would’ve given his name freely. I’ll be calling his boss. Either way, unless you’re planning on buying a new phone, these guys could care less as they stated themselves. AT&T, Chase gave me the best reason to abandon our 15 year relationship.

Chase! My guy! Thanks for trying to hook it up with enrolling me in a business plan when I told you I do not own a business. Super easy transaction up until I declined the phone protection. Suddenly there was not an option to decline. I called the customer service line in front of you and your coworkers and was able to confirm that I could in fact decline. You didn’t back down which is fine. I drove straight to the AT&T off Lincoln and I25 and she had me enrolled me with a company sponsored discount that I am eligible for and with the coverage that I selected. Cheers mate.

Came into this store for the new first net and family and went seemingly! Chase and Tim had me and my family of three up and running in 45 minutes and got me a free watch! The service have been great so far and will be doing all my business at this store in the future. Everyone was very knowledgeable, thank you guys.

Came in to see if they had any deals for switching carriers. All the associates were busy but the store manager ,Tim, was able to help me out and get me upgraded to a new phone with a great deal. 10/10 service

Tim was amazing he helped me cut my internet n tv bill in half ! As my data transferred to my new phone he help me register n set up my stream so it was ready as soon as I got home !! He also has a great personality n laughed at all my jokes even though some weren’t that funny !! Great Customer Service!!!!

I have been a customer of AT&T for quite some time now. I’ve been a pretty happy customer overall but I have a severe issue with this location as of Friday. I had a protection order placed against someone who walked into this store, was given complete access to the account my husband and I share, and I was completely removed while this person put themself as secondary holder without my husbands consent or without him being present. This is something that has not only jeopardized my safety, but also our account as a whole. Since this person had access to our account, we have no idea what information was kept or what was revealed to this person. I had to race to a store alongside my husband and we had to use numerous verifications just to allow me back on the account with my husband and for this other person to be removed. So why was my husband not once contacted when changes were being made to our account without him being present? The store that made the change and placed me back in the account said what was done is against company protocol and should’ve never happened. Friday is the only time my husband received any account update in which he was told through an automated text that changes were made to his account. One text sent 2 days after I was removed.

Isaac was so polite, helpful, professional, and happy to provide us with the best deal we've ever had for new phones and accessories. He was very knowledgeable and gave us answers we didn't even know we needed! He made switching carriers easy, and provided solutions to make sure we could finish setting up our phones after we left the store. Hands down the best customer service we've received in a long time. He deserves a raise and recognition.
AT&T stores are notorious for poor customer service, this one is exceptional in its ability to deliver an awful customer experience.
