I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on, and I was helped by two really sweet gentlemen. I only remember one guy’s name and it was David. They had my phone up and running within 5 minutes. Highly recommend them! They were great.

Went in to try and upgrade my phone and was met with very rude customer service and an extremely difficult time for a very easy process. Employee I initially had was very rude and condescending, even questioning my own choice to upgrade saying it was a “waste of money” and that I had “bad decisions”. I was shocked. However, I requested to work with a different employee and she was very kind and helpful with me. I can’t remember her name but she was very kind and patient.

I just left the Verizon store, I had some concerns with My previous purchase along with billing issues. Details are irrelevant simply because the Manager Eric immediately helped Me, treated Me like a VIP Verizon customer. I sincerely THANK YOU Sir. Now Shekita My Solution specialist is an understatement by far. She is a Super tech. She is Extremely determined to fulfill Your needs as a Verizon customer, She is Fierce at being on Your side, She listened to My 50 mile per second Chicago accent as She multi tasks between 4 separate devices. She is Absolutely Amazing, I Loved My experience with Her along with Eric's immediate concern of My Happiness. We are Good Sir, You are a True Manager as You took Your leadership skills to direct Me to Shekita. The Excact specialists to fulfill My needs. Ricky is Very knowledgeable to electronics, He will not steer You wrong. God Bless All of You along with Thank You from the bottom of My Heart

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Very, very poor experience here. The manager, Eric, has a power trip complex and likes to have everyone wait for him, even if you just want to purchase a simple car charger. Eric asked me to wait 15 minutes just to purchase a car charger, And when I told him I didn't really want to wait 15 minutes to purchase a car charger, he got one from the back until me I had to check out over at the kiosk. But then the kiosk didn't work and had glitches and problems, so one of the other staff finally came over and assisted me professionally and went very well from there. Why the power trip, authority complex??? Isn't the customer #1? I realize When you want to purchase a phone or change your phone lines you need to wait to get served by an agent, but just to purchase a car charger you have to wait in line 15 minutes to make your purchase? Is this really how Verizon wants this to be set up? And is this really how they train their managers? I don't think so, I think it's a function of the power trip complex of the manager of this store here in Parker. Eric should be fired and replaced by somebody who actually has customer service friendly attitude and wants to take care of the many Verizon customers in Parker, Colorado.

Waited over 20 mins while the manager was not helping any customers when I was checked in she said it would be a couple of minutes do not come to this store

Matt and Luke are amazing! We had a horrible experience at the Park Meadows location and gave this store a chance to make it right. They have done a great job and are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to come to this store as long as it's run by Matt and we highly recommend working with Luke for your sales rep!

Terrible customer service! I came in to look at a new phone and decided to purchase one and then was told the bid they gave me for trade in on my old phone was invalid because I was buying an 12 rather than a 13. I'm trading the same phone!!! But he told me it was only $2 more to get the 13. But this is per month for 36 months. Very misleading to people and made me not trust him further. I should have listened to my gut cause he explained how the set up we do at home, even though we pay $35 for the upgrade/transfer from old phone. My husband asked who we contact if we have problems. He even went so far as to tell my husband that no one he has ever helped has ever had a problem transferring their old phone to new at home. So we got the phone, took it home and I thought I'd try set up right away and then it asked me to call an 877 number to verify my number before the next step. I expected it to be an automated call and that it would take 2 min. WRONG!! A man answered and I was on the phone for over an hour and 15 min and he was a mess. He did not know what he was doing!! We told me I had to change some numbers between my old phone and new one. What a headache!! Still not working after the long call but I had to go. Still not working the next day. Apparently, they were supposed to do something at the store which was not done. Very frustrated!!!!

The last four days I have worked with two customer service representatives, and the store manager dealing with two lines. All three individuals provided excellent service, were very professional, and were very informed on how the Network and phones work.
