Customer service was prompt and polite, though didn’t seem very knowledgeable. The music playing over the loud speaker was so inappropriate and unprofessional. Rap music about “pu—y licking” and other inappropriate words. I’m glad I decided not to bring my kids in the store. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had if there was a way for negative stars believe me it’d be a -5! We went in to port our lines for new service from different provider. We sat in store for 6 hours and was charged over $300 for 1 phone service and setup. They hit my business credit trying to add 5 lines and then my personal credit another 4-5 times and told us there was nothing they could do and to go buy a prepaid phone from Walmart for our second line. We were irate to say the least when left. We got home and I called corporate store and was assured they could help with our issue. I was at that store for 45 mins and got everything handled I needed to, to setup a second line of service. The corporate store had told me if we went to them instead we would’ve had both phones setup for 1/2 of what this store charged me for the one phone. They even “forgot” to give me the box for the phone I purchased at this location. I will never recommend this store to anyone nor will I ever do business at this location again. Stay away from here and do business at a corporate store where the people and customer service is 110% above and beyond what they can provide.

My experience at this location was very good. The questions I had were responded to me good and I understood. They were fast to attend and fast to resolving my problem.

I called this store to see if they can change my line from att prepaid to postpaid when I buy a new phone, they said I would not be able to keep my phone number, turns out it's not an issue at all and they just lied because if I get a new number they would get more commission for the new number, I tried several att stores and they all said the same thing, finally found some good people in another att store that said it was no problem, that store was on 120th and Washington, go there, stay away from this one. They just lie so they can pocket more money.

Faye helped us today get our phone upgraded and she was so wonderful! She greeted us as soon as we walked into the door and helped us with the whole process. It was so easy and quick. I’ve never been in and out of ATT store this fast and happy. Will be coming here for future needs! Thanks guys!!

So I have to say I am not the easiest person to get along with and the little girl Fais helped me on August 26 was a lifesaver. My mom had just passed away. My aunt needed a new phone we had to close out the old account which I was having a hard time doing with Verizon and she made everything so perfect and so easy and she is just absolutely wonderful. I appreciate her so much. She is just the best.
