Don't bother calling this store. I've called two days in a row mutable times. It rings for a while then rudely hangs up.

Absolutely atrocious service by the two young females that work here. Next time, dont say we can pay an insurrance claim in store when we actually cant. Then, blamed US for your system not working. You made things soooooo much harder. Please hire competent people.

Their selection of phones was sub par. Had they of had a decent phone in stock, we would have purchased 2 of them. However they were down to 2 or 3 models of phones and one apple 13 mini. No one wants a mini if the price is the same for the big one(imo)….. but ya they need more phones….
They are so fast.and they did it good I went there today to get my new fhone and they did awesome
Worse service I've ever had! 08/25/21 Wanted to add this as an update. Metro PCS is still hasn't helped resolve my network issue. Their solution was blaming T-Mobile and telling me they would order me a new phone from "their Factory". I waited longer for my new phone to come and when I went to pick it up at this specific store the manager had the nerve to try and tell me I had to pay for the screen I purchased about a week and a half prior, HOW RICH. I haven't even had my NEW phone for a week, it already glitches and functions on its own. I make my living through my phone as an entrepreneur/Booking moves. In the last week I can't tell you how many clients I've been on the phone with and my phone decided to hang up on them, not to mention I'm still using Wi-Fi network so people can hear me because the original problem of me having no network WHERE I LIVE it's still here. BY FAR, METRO IS THE WORSE NETWORK I'VE EVER WORKED WITH! They've now sent me to what they call the corporate office in Denver. Let's hope they're more reliable!

3/14/20 They got me onto their line rightaway after canceling my service with booste and the representative Jacqueline and the girl that was working with her were so patient and kind! I definitely will be staying with them for a long time. 5/1/21 To add on yesterday I got a new phone and the girl Jackie who helped me was awesome! Patient and very nice. I got the phone of my literal dreams I love it and she got me in and out of the store in no time! Keep up the great work!!
❤️❤️I bought a new phone 2 weeks ago and the young lady working put on the screen protector I purchased...THANK GOD I bought that screen protector! Yesterday afternoon I dropped my phone and it looked like I had chipped my screen at the very bottom and that's all that had occured... Right?? NOPE not even close because a crack spread out and across my screen as it grew hotter & hotter!! I totally FREAKED OUT! I drove to my Metro by t-mobile store and they were not sure if it was my protector or the phone screen that broke. They asked if they could lift the protector & check, so...they lifted it and guess what??? ONLY THE SCREEN PROTECTOR BROKE!!! WHEW!!! Great job guys, so thank you again so very very very very very very much! You're AMAZING ❣️❣️ A+A+

This store is very friendly & patient welcoming with good customer support! Took there time with me since they were not busy they took extra good care of me and helped me learn my phone!! My experience here was excellent 💯💢💥💯
Josephine was rude, she barley talked to me when I was trying to ask her questions about the plan I wanted to get. She was mean mugging me and the other customers. She just made me feel really uncomfortable.

Wanted to shed some light on an originally bad experience, and say that management went above and beyond to help me resolve my initial concerns regarding my first visit. I called the next day to speak to a manager, and they told me to come in, and they would have their staff meet my needs and they did just just. So I give a four on an original one start recipe for making sure they left me a satisfied customer.
