They went above and beyond for us and even went to attempt to waive our security deposits so we can get new watches. We have been customers for 24 years and we are happy we have a store we can go to and be taken care of! Ernesto and Donia are wonderful to work with.

The entire staff at this store have positive attitudes and are eager to help. Donia was fabulous. She was patient and kind and worked really hard to solve my issues. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

The absolute Worst customer service I've Ever experienced since I've been with T-Mobile! If you want to be with good customer service go to the one on 88th between Sheridan and Wadsworth because they treat their customers with respect

The staff is really friendly, and helpful. The store itself is clean and inviting - I’m happy that the employees are able to sit down now! I always felt so bad going in to see everyone on their feet for the entirety of a shift. Changes are quick and painless. Happy to go when I have to!

By far one of the best experiences and services that I have had for T-Mobile. Today, I had some issues with my line, the service, and my account, and this team was able to help me with this issue. It’s sad how unprofessional employees are running a store based on customer service. What’s worse is the fact when I couldn’t be helped in the store and directed to call 611, the girls continued to want to get in my business about my account instead of answer my question. After not answering my question I continued to get questioned so walked out and was told myself and daughter were rude, not by 1 girl but by 2. They didn’t want to help from the start, the girl/s didn’t ask for my name or phone number; therefore didn’t even try to access my account. They blatantly didn’t want to help and wanted to ride and unhelpful. Maybe get a job where you don’t have to talk to people. Customer Service is SO much more pleasant and kinder on the phone, I recommend calling 611 rather then dealing with people in the store. Or maybe train employees with how to demonstrate kindness, helpfulness, humility and integrity. Treat others how you want to be treated.

Crystal M was so nice and helped my 91 year old mother set up a new phone account. She was able to do it so quickly and flawlessly that I was really impressed. I only wish that I had given her a huge tip. I told my mom that she should next time she goes to the store she needs to. And I know that she will be back!

This store is phenomenal with their customer service. Often times, don’t get me wrong, I want to go in and out for my things and services at stores but my boyfriend and I were looking to upgrade our phone services and had quite a lot of questions. Instead of being bothered we were helped by some of the sweetest and wonderful mobile experts! Donia, Israel, and Courtney continued to guide and support us through all the questions we had, making sure we got the best customer service and products that would satisfy our needs. I for one really appreciate great customer service because it’s the reason I will continue going back to a certain store or company. I would recommend this t-mobile location to anyone because of the exceptional customer service, I can’t thank them enough for how hard they worked and supported us to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.
