This T-Mobile store was excellent. It was clean, well organized, and full of very helpful and educated staff. They have a public restroom and water fountain, and they are wheelchair accessible. I had a very easy time getting answers and support for everything I needed. They helped me with a problem I was having with my phone and helped my friend get a new phone that far better suited their needs than the one they currently had. Their first priority did not at all seem to be sales and I had a great experience.

I was getting prepaid service through T Mobile for $50. I went into the store looking for internet. They told me internet was $55 a month, but if I switched my plan to this new post pay plan, which was $75 a month, then I would get a $20 discount on my the internet. So it would be a wash. Meaning I would be paying about $100 after taxes. I just got my first bill. And i'm paying $130 a month. So in fact i'm paying $95 a month for my phone service now. They lied and when I tried to get them to the error, they said there was nothing they could do. Thanks Tav! You got me good bud!

i give t-mobile itself 2 stars as a provider because they’re really difficult and annoying, but i thought everyone in the store was really great! i went in because my phone wouldn’t activate after calling the t-mobile support number for 3 days straight. brandon helped me and matt, the manager, told me if i felt saucy i should leave a review. brandon is a G and he’s so funny and nice, but also really smart and a great help. someone give this man a raise

The customer service was excellent, I had a few issues with my phone and Gabe kept trying everything until he figured it out, all with a smile and a chuckle, nothing got him down! Highly recommend this store, Gabe and all of the employees were handling customers with top notch customer service!

The Greeley TMobile could not help me with my phone problems so they sent me to the CORPORATE store in Ft Collins. They could not have been more helpful, understanding and just plain nice!! The could not solve the problems with the phone BUT steered me to the maker of the phone who is in the process of repairing or replacing said phone. I will be writing a detailed review of Samsung phones soon!

Look, Tmobile is really bait and switch tactics. I was told that I had 14 days to test out the phone service and could switch back without charge if it wouldn't work for me. It wasn't working for well for me so I switched back to Verizon. This was all an attempt to save some money. Instead, a few weeks later I get a bill for $70 for less than 5 days of service. Not to mention how they billed me for an extra line I never asked for -- and it took several calls to get it resolved (they assured me each time that it was.) Don't fall for any promises from Tmobile associates. Get everything in writing. And for the love of God, don't forget the pin they briefly mention -- or you won't be able to speak to customer service without going into a store and having them call customer service for you. They hand you a landline phone and then you get to stand there in a loud, busy store trying to get answers from the rep on the phone. They'll do nothing but give you the run around. Verizon it is. I find them be just a bit more reasonable and customer oriented. And their coverage area is still unbeatable.

Gabe is fantastic!! He has helped us with so many different things he makes us want to stay in the store and upgrade 😉 he is so helpful and personable and knowledgeable, music is good and store is clean.

Only one rep could help me with billing problem. It was the third person I talked to. My problem was resolved in 3 min after I spent over an hour following the other instructions . Seems like knowledge like this could be shared.

Tav and Arjan gave me hands down the best experience I’ve had in a cellular store or with cellular customer support (across at least 24 hours with Verizon customer store both in store and via phone, many visits to various T-Mobile stores, and at least 20 hours on the phone with Google Fi support). They looked at my issues and troubleshot effectively without wasting my time or hiding behind “standard reset” steps. I’m highly technical and typically have to correct and guide folks, and for the first time ever I felt satisfied, despite the problem being much more complicated (t2 hasn’t been able to resolve it and is always frustrating) and requiring further escalation.
