I was there today helping my elderly mom with some phone issues. To my surprise, the manager Nancy had giving my mom her personal number over 3 yrs, which my mom had called her even with internet issues. With a lot of love, care and patience she has been taking care of my mom and today was not the exception. Thank you Nancy, take you Metro!

Nancy and the rest of the girls were so helpful yesterday. We couldn’t thank them more for their help and being so patient and kind to us!

Nancy! She was the bomb! (So were the other employees that also assisted me) I misunderstood my plan. Specifically certain features of my phone that I was paying for but not using due to lack of knowledge. Hot spot for example. She took the time to not only explain it and set it up but also used her own personal phone to show me how to log into it. Then just for good measure she showed me as she cleared my password logon information off her phone. I have been coming here for years and always got good service but this is the first time I needed a little extra help with what I thought would be annoying questions. Nancy was enthusiastic about helpinge. 5 stars.

Nancy the manager is great. Dealt with for 5yrs now she's the best has never let me down and has not let me down when she was needed.

My visit was very short but very informative. I do plan to visit this location again tomorrow since I do have some issues with my phone. And the young lady there said she could and would help me with my phone problems. I visited and location and sadly, I was discouraged and very disappointed by the negativity of the persons attitude and unwillingness to help. So my advice to everyone out there, if you're not happy with on location, go to another. Because I walked out of this location with high hopes for tomorrow. And if everything goes well, I'll give them a higher star rating. Wish me luck.

Such a great experience! Ana was so helpful got me a great deal on 2 phones her boss Nancy helped during are transaction and gave me a great deal on two phone cases ask for these two wonderful ladies thank you Ana and Nancy 🥰
