My family has had T Mobile as a carrier for over 10 years and never have never had an unpleasant experience, until recently My sister recently bought an iPhone and everything was going well until she needed to transfer information from her old Android phone over to the new Iphone she just purchased from them. She was told she would have to do it herself as the store was going to be closing soon. That is somewhat understandable. She begins her transfer and not all the files want to transfer over so she goes back to T Mobile the next day before 6 pm and is told she needs to do several steps before transferring. So she was told to go back another day and they would be willing to help transfer, but you guessed it, again they did not help! Seems like they were just being helpful when they were trying to make a sale but after the purchase they didn't care anymore. I had to help her transfer her data but I just don't understand why they weren't willing to help. I'm sure they made good commission off the purchase, it was like a $1500 purchase and they couldn't make a little time to help her ?

Horrible service from a female employee working at this location on 5/8/23 at 7:30pm. This was our 3rd T-Mobile store we visited just trying to get a replacement screen protector. 1st location on 104th and federal had a hand written note on the door that they close at 6pm, online says open until 8pm. 2nd location near 84th and pecos, employee was super friendly just didn’t have the correct protector we needed. 3rd location was 88th and Washington. Again online says open until 8pm we arrive at 7:30pm the door was locked. We could see a female employee inside. We took a picture of the sign on the door and start heading back to the car when the female employee comes out of the store and starts cursing and yelling at us. She was beyond unprofessional and when we said that she continued to curse and state she can close whenever she wants. It’s sad that T-Mobile is letting this woman represent them. We took pictures/videos of her behavior and intend on calling customer service not sure if anything will be done, however I wanted to warn everyone of this location.

TMobile customer service on the phone (the absolute best service by far) said I can return my internet modem in store. Well I got to this store and they said I could not. The person I talked to did not want to listen when I said I was told I could return it this way. I called TMobile again, they told me to go to a different store and I did, and it worked. I'm going to give the other store a 5 star rating. The person I spoke with almost ruined TMobile as a brand for me, but the customer service on the phone and at the other store were fantastic.

Every time I need a phone or a table I stop at this store first, hoping I am wrong, but every time I go, I end up finding out that unfortunately their customer service is terrible and their attitude is even worse, they are only a few employees that don’t treat you like they are doing you a favor and take the extra mile. But I would say is maybe two or three. There is always room for improvement and I hope they do. Updated July 11th, 2023. They still the same, they need to work to improve their customer service. The only reason I keep going back to this location is pure convenience but not their employees.

pretty sure the employee was scamming me. completely contradicted what they told me on the phone. I’m trying to change my number because I’m actively being stalked and customer service said to go in it would be free but apparently it’s only free over the phone and $20 cash-only in person. also said my ID “looked fake”…?

Awesome experience! Have always had nothing but nice and patient workers when helping us. Alejandro and Derek helped us switch over and add lines, and were very kind and knowledgeable. Will always visit this location. Thanks guys!
Nice clean store seems well stocked with merchandise, but no custom service wait time was over an hour only 4 people in store, we walked out and found a much better store to use with great customer service

Lupe saved the day! After less than stellar service at the 92nd and Grant location, I almost switched companies but decided to call customer service first. This is when I’m told there is nothing preventing me from trading in my phone today and to head back into the store. I chose this location since no one at the Grant location wanted to work. Thank you so much Lupe for taking care of us and making things right!
