Customer service was fine. I could tell they were doing all they could even though it took about 30 minutes for what should have been a 5 minute return. 5G is not ready yet. I bought the pixel 7 and the battery ran hot constantly, only took a few hours for the charge to run down, didn't like my fingerprints no matter how many times I put them in, and wouldn't connect to some websites, like amazon. Not thrilled that I had to pay a $70 restocking fee on a flagship phone that had worse features than my 4 year old phone with a cracked screen. Late stage capitalism at its finest.

Triage: finding out what people want, and helping those who have a QUICK problem first. If only T Mobile understood the concept. Never plan to go to any T Mobile store for any reason unless you have 1.5-2 hours to spend here, waiting around. Also, your company needs to pay employees better not try to force them to make a decent amount of money by getting people to buy equipment or phones. The sales incentives are blindly obvious, as the person who appeared to be a manager skipped 3 people who had been waiting for a super long time to help someone who wanted to buy a phone. 100% disappointing experience all the way around. 😑 Would not recommend T Mobile to anyone at this point the phone service is terrible the customer service is worse.

I never thought i would leave a positive review of any mobile phone company, but the customer service at the Boulder T-Mobile store has proven me wrong. We had decided to switch our family's our lines over from Verizon (high prices and perpetual customer service disaster) in order to get T-Mobile's lower 55+ pricing, included international data, and even free Netflix and Apple TV+, which I wasn't aware of. And to be honest, I was dreading it, as it has never EVER been an easy experience switching cell phone carriers. However, I credit Sean G. at the Boulder store with changing my view! I had come in two days earlier to learn about and decide on a new plan, which Susan G. quickly and expertly helped with, then Sean made it all happen today -- with a level of efficiency, knowledge, affability and support that was a huge level up from what's I'm used to in this business. He anticipated every question I had before I asked, and he made the process of moving over as fast as it could possibly have been. In and out of the store in under 45 minutes, including details for how to have my two young adult kids (both currently away) easily get their numbers transferred over. If T-Mobile's coverage is as good as my experience here was, I don't anticipate having to change carriers again!

Hands Down the Absolute Worst Customer Service Within the USA - & World Wide- Avoid this Place if at All Possible-I would give a Below Zero Rating if this platform Allowed. The Manager named "Amethyst" has Zero Customer Skills & Unwilling to Help on Any Level. How is it even Possible that You are Considered a Manager? T- mobile has place a $750-$800 Fraudulent Charge onto my account (I pay my bill in Full & Bring it to a Zero Balance Each and Every Month- thus it is Not for Any Service Provided by T-mobile & is Not for an Unpaid Bill)... I have been a Customer for 20 Years with the same phone number and Service- & this has been the Absolute Worst Experience I've Ever Had from a Customer Service Representative from ANY Type of Business - Amethyst was Tacky, Rude, & Disrepctful ...Completely Unwilling to Help or do ANYTHING- They...ie T- Mobile "Manager Amethyst Absolutely Does NOT Care about Their Customers in the Very Least... Zero Customer Repore or Basic Sense of Humanity - Very Robotic in Nature- - What a Shame - After 20 Years of Being a Customer- it means Absolutely Nothing - I Would Hope that "Manager Amethyst" Resigns - She has Absolutely No Place Working within a Customer Service Environment - Amethyst You need a Job Working Any Place In which You ABSOLUTELY Do NOT Work with People - Since You Seem to have a Complete disconnect of Your Basic Humanity - Perhaps it would best Suit You to Work with Machines Only - After this Completely Beyond Frustrating Experience - You have been the Deciding Factor for me to move my Business to Verizon & NEVER look back at T-mobile Again- Extremely Poor Business- I Hope You Resugn before You cause T-mobile to lose more of Their Customers of Over 20 Years. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE-

Amythest was the worst to work with. She was rude and disrespectful. Not even sure how she made it to manager position. Would not recommend this store to anybody. T-Mobile has the worst customer service base when it comes to trying to fix my bill and buying a new phone.

Grant is a true credit to the Boulder store; he is patient, courteous and totally professional. He went above and beyond (on multiple occasions) to try and help me solve, very puzzling and extended loss of service functionalities — all ultimately due to TM back-end glitches & system errors... Thx Grant!

Very rude employee with no name tag. I went in to change my plan, and to get an e sim for my mobile. He kept trying to delete my old e-sim while installing my new e-sim, inspite of me asking him not to touch my old e-sim. I told him that I would not have agreed to a new e-sim if it involved me having to delete my old e-sim, to which he lied about warning me beforehand, and accused me of not heeding his warning in a very rude tone. Other employees resolved the issue, and got my new e-SIM installed without deleting my old e-SIM. I am a self-respecting individual that is paying quite a hefty monthly fee to T-mobile. I don't at all appreciate being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. Why on earth would I agree to have my old e-sim deleted, when I know full well that I would need to travel back to my home country to get a new e-sim? I have been contemplating about posting this for a couple of weeks, but I saw no reason to keep mum about this anymore. Employees like this bring down your name and reputation. I am considering moving over to a competitor. For what I am paying on a monthly basis, I can over to any provider, and get all the features I want, plus some more.

Put all my eggs in this basket. Happy here. 5G gateway is faster than my Comcast (supposedly 1000mbs but always tested much lower). Saving so much money. The store is always busy. The people that work there are really good and somehow take care of everybody. Impressed

Came here on a weekday morning - there was ONE employee. They seemed perfectly nice and helpful but given that there were 4-5 people being helped already and 3 other people waiting, I didn't really feel like waiting 1.5 hours so I left.

Generally poor experience here. Staff ignored me for a while after I entered the store, were somewhat dismissive, and then were not very knowledgeable and took a very long time to accomplish what I presumed would be extremely basic tasks. These included printing a return shipping label and transferring my T-Mobile service to a new phone (done incorrectly, wanted to activate my new phone’s eSIM, but they just used my old physical SIM instead). In retrospect, I should have just used the website to self serve for this, as what should have been at most a 20-minute process took over an hour and was done incorrectly. I could have done it correctly, easily, and quickly online myself, but the staff at the store were sufficiently ignorant of T-Mobile’s systems and procedures that they didn’t know this and did not tell me, adding to the frustration.
