Today I am SO GRATEFUL for the Verizon staff at the Boulder location. I went to this Verizon location today unprepared, with no necessary ID or information. Thankfully, Trevor and Paddy were working and were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I walked in, Paddy was sure to help me out quickly and was warm and friendly. He made me feel assured and informed in an incredibly stressful situation and was friendly and warm. This has not always been my experience at other locations or similar stores. Despite being one of the only people left in the store this evening, Trevor was patient enough to let my boyfriend run back to my house to get my ID to ensure I could set up my phone the same night. When I wasn't able to get in contact with the authorizer of my account right away, he was again incredibly patient and understanding. AND in the middle of my boyfriend getting my phone another customer came in after closing hours and he happily fixed her phone in a matter of minutes. With many hiccups along the way of getting my phone set up (due to my lack of preparation), Trevor was calm, and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I would have my phone set up the same day. I cannot thank these two enough, they are incredible!!

Amanda, the manager, gave me superb customer service, solved various technical problems that had defeated me and others. Followed through with all my requests. Hands down the best customer service I've had from Verizon.

My wife and I needed to get a new phone for her so she went to this Verizon and they tried to upsell her with an upgraded hotspotting plan without understanding what she would use that for (totally unnecessary for how she uses the phone), and then they told her a pixel 7 would cost $699 when it was 599$ on the Google store (and they were having a sale on the Google store that made it 449)! She also asked if she could buy the phone outright and get trade in value for her old phone, and they told her no, it was only possible to do a trade in if you finance, even though I traded my phone and bought a new one from Verizon without financing and had no issues. She said it felt just like going to a car dealership and getting swindled. Luckily we are tech savvy people, but I can't imagine how much money they're conning out of folks who don't know any better!

Made the mistake of trying out Total by Verizon (I do not recommend). I came in to hopefully streamline the transition back to Verizon, proper. It took a couple hours and in that time Marquis never once made me feel his frustration even though dealing with Total is frustrating. I appreciate his help along with the polite positivity of everyone working in the store.

I am writing this review in appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Marquis Johnson during our visit today. Mr. Johnson spent 2 hours helping us with numerous issues, from iPhone not connecting to my apple watch, to POC access issues and line transfers. We have been to multiple Verizon stores in the past to try and get these issues fix and with Mr. Johnson's dedication and expertise, he was able to fix these issues when others gave up. I commend the prompt service, professionalism and knowledge held by Mr. Johnson. If anyone is having issues with their phone or Verizon account, please go see Mr. Johnson, he's amazing at his job and I have no doubt that he will have the needed answers. Had a great experience with Amanda this morning. She and the staff were super helpful and surprisingly energetic at 8:05am. Amanda was able to help out and resolve my issues quickly and easily. This location has lots of parking and is walkable to a lot of other shops.

I didn't like the service here, the ceiling was dropping pieces randomly from all the water leaking in from the roof, and they forced me to pay an activation fee even though I was doing it on my own. Last store I was in a month ago did not.

Crazy good customer service imo. Been to a lot of Verizon stores and these folks have always helped me through issues and been straight with me about my options.

Store great in person and Marquis was great help! But I hate BOTS and impossible to get live person though the network by phone! If I hadn’t have had such a positive experience with Marquis I would tell Verizon where they could put it! Trying to call local Arapahoe store is IMPOSSIBLE!

I went to the VZW store in Boulder and upgraded my phone to the new IPhone 14 PRO. While I was in the store I was offered an Apple watch with a discount so I purchased the watch and paid full retail prices. I was told if there was any issues they would cover the first 30 days. Got home and the watch was faulty and would not power up. Returned the next day and was told they could not give me a watch from the store as they could loose a sale and their inventory was limited. They offered to mail me a refurbished watch and I should have it later in the week. The manager Amanda was incredibly rude and would not speak directly to me but rather to her rep which had to repeat everything to me. She would not even attempt to help me even if I had to drive to another store to get a watch that had a bigger selection as she was so worried about her sales numbers for the day. I received the watch in the mail and the screen was all scratched up and the back had a huge gouge in it. Spent an hour on the phone with VZW unhappy about the refurbished watch and the waste of time as the Boulder store was not standing behind their guarantee. VZW offered to send me a new watch and when I got the confirmation they mailed it to a past address listed on the account which is out of state. So now that delays me several weeks before I can get the watch. I filled out a surgery expressing my dissatisfaction and a manager Trevor from the Boulder store called and left me a voicemail. When I called back I got his personal voicemail and the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. Horrible experience taking advantage of their promotion as they were just trying to make their daily numbers and truly do not care about customers. By the time I’ll be able to get the watch will be past 30 days and I’ll be completely screwed if there is any issue with it as the return window will be closed! Avoid this store and go elsewhere if you want great customers service!!!
