I have always had good luck visiting this AT&T store in Boulder. Recently, we wanted to add a line to my account and Jenean S helped us, and was able to solve all of our issues quickly. We were able to get our business concluded sooner than we anticipated. We appreciate the great service!

IF YOU COME HERE GET THORN TO HELP YOU! Super nice and helpful. Great chitchat while he helped us. All of the phones on our plan were messed up from getting new ones and calling AT&T support. Thorn was able to sort it out within 15 minutes. The Manager was super short with us while we were trying to find someone to help us. He just stood around while watching us wait which was kind of rude.

Today I went into AT&T Paul was the most amazing professional customer representative I have ever experienced. I highly recommend he get a raise. He transferred my phone and added a screen saver in the most efficient way! Thank you for the great experience. He should get a raise

Stephen Zavala went above and beyond to help me. I could not get the sim card I had purchased to work, which was a challenge because it was my first time in the States, visiting from the UK. Unfortunately, my UK line wasn't roaming and I was stranded many a time. Stephen was empathetic, helpful and kind. This is one of the best services I have ever received. Thank you Stephen.

My friend and I were down in Colorado handling it important matters from out of state with Verizon service. Up in the mountains we do not get service with Verizon so we went down to AT&T and were helped by 2 employees who had exceptional customer service. They got us right in and help us out that night. They both explained the plan to me in detail and answered any questions I had. We are very happy with our phone service and have had no connectivity issues. Bradley the manager went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our phones. Five stars! :-)

Very positive experience last week after some problematic ones in the past. Several staff including store managers helped me with an unexpected phone upgrade over several sessions, and all were very polite, helpful, and worked well together as a team. Last night Bradley stayed past his dinner break to see me through the process a day early, which is appreciated as today i am in a training involving installing firefighting apps. Thanks, good job.

I had a great experience at this location mostly in part to Thorn, the team member who helped my partner and I. We have been with T- Mobile for years and had no intention of changing providers but Thorn was able to upgrade our devices, add new smart watches for the both of us, and provide insurance for all devices while keeping our bill at the same price! Would highly recommend to all, especially in Boulder. Update: went back to activate the smart watches when they arrived and Rob was able to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and professionaland made the whole process a breeze. Both employees were great, still highly recommend this location.

Paul, Chris & Jenean were awesome! Austin even came through with a great recommendation as well, made the whole process excellent! Re-rated my plan now I'm saving & did you guys know At&t sells streaming DTV?! Definitely coming back for that!

Won’t be shopping here anymore. Purchased the wrong case for my daughters phone as a Christmas gift. Came in to Exchange it for the right case and it seems the employee who rang up the sale didn’t put it on my account. So now I’m stuck with the case. Wasn’t looking to receive cash back and I would not have cared if I had to pay a restock fee. I just needed the right size case for my daughters phone. I hope this saves people the trouble of buying here. I’m not normally an online shopper but I’m beginning now to see why many people prefer to shop online. Silly people in stores don’t even realize how the need for their jobs are dying everyday. You’d think they’d at least attempt to give better customer service to make up for what online shopping lacks.
