I entered this location fully prepared for the "make an appointment or you're nothing" and the usual managerial snark I have dealt with from the corporate Verizon location I have used prior. Instead of frustration, I received immediate help from Michael, who has solid product knowledge and well developed customer service skills. He talked me through what I needed confidently, yet managed to avoid being condescending. Rock star service.

The gentleman that assisted us, Chris, was incredibly helpful and got us a great deal on a new phone after my daughter's was broken. Great customer service, would definitely recommend.

I really hate Verizon. There store sales representative tells us we get Disney plus Hulu and ESPN plus for free. We only got Disney plus. After going to the store for assistance they call customer service on our phone. After being transfered to multiple people from Verizon and then to Disney itself. They said there's nothing they can do that the store representative who was also the manager told us the wrong thing and they couldn't help us. After. 20 some years with Verizon we are going to go shopping for a new phone carrier. It's actually a zero star I want to post.

Michael was able to help me get my new phone activated very quickly and was a huge help. It would have taken me hours over the phone.

Was told to call a customer support number. Unfortunately, there is no reception in the area to make a call... I stayed inside the store, just because of the wifi, so I could make a call.... Then after a half an hour the customer support was able to fix the issue which could have been completed by someone in the store...

Great place with great service. Steve Mosman was personable, and a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to get me the best deal. He service was so good I left T Mobile who I had been with for almost a decade - Billy

DONT DO IT. I switched to Verizon at this location.. Huge mistake. As other reviewers mentioned, they're running a bait and switch. None of the things I was told up front have been true. The service is terrible. The claims they make about being the best provider are simply false. Service constantly drops, some areas have no service at all for miles. I had a very difficult time after porting numbers.. 2 of our lines couldn't call or text and I had to spend a good amount of time on the phone with customer service to fix each line. The rep who signed us on was clearly just worried about getting his commission and failed to set our lines up correctly. He also failed to communicate crucial information like the fact that we only had 30 days to trade in our old phones. Verizon is now refusing my trade in and the manager acted like it was my fault that this information was not communicated to us. Never once apologized for the miscommunication and acted bothered that he had to speak to us...complete lack of customer service skills. Overall he was rude and not helpful at all. For anyone thinking about making the switch to Verizon..don't do it..especially not at this location.

Bryce was very helpful and understanding of all of my needs. He made sure I left the store happy with my choices!

My experience was great! Kyle, the manager, is so helpful, and made the time in their fun! He helped me get a new line and phone for my daughter, all while lowering our monthly payment! I will look for him every time I go in!
