AT&T Store

Got here at 1530, there was a sign on the door that read “Off to lunch will return at: 4:15”. We are waiting in 100 degree heat for it to open back up. Are they under staffed or just all take their lunch at the same time. Might switch our 4 phone lines and 4 devices to something else. Crazy how Verizon right next to it is crazy busy and OPEN. I guess their business service is just as bad as their coverage and phone service. Didn’t open door until 1619.

Tyler W was above and beyond helpful. We really appreciate what he did to get us the right phone and answer all of our questions. He is outstanding!! I recommend anyone to his service and if you go to this store ask for him if he’s available. He is professional, courteous, and helped us upon going back with an issue and resolved it right away. ATT is lucky to have him. He’s also extremely kind and goes out of his way to make sure he has helped a customer before they leave with any concerns. Thanks Tyler for helping me and my wife!! We are very pleased.

Just had the best experience at this store with Tyler. I came in because my phone would no longer charge through the charging port. He immediately new what the problem was and cleaned out all the gunk in my port and now it works perfectly. He was friendly and professional and there was no wait time. It was a great experience and he had me out of there in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store.

Really want to thank service rep Tyler for his time, attention, and dedication. He effortlessly helped several customers, myself included, simultaneously while being patient, knowledgeable, and working to resolve technical and billing issues. Have been a customer here since 2021 and will continue to be into the foreseeable future.

Jay who works at this store is sooo patient and so helpful. My husband and I needed to upgrade our phones and Jay was awesome helping us find the best deal and getting it all figured out. Definitely let Jay help you out if you need a new phone or any service!

Manager Tyler was extremely helpful multi tasking leaving no customer waiting he got me an awesome family bundle 😊 maybe I should work for him he is awesome and knowledgeable and kind 1000000 percent awesome

I highly recommend you never visit this store. The manage is friendly until you purchase a device then when you need help or have a issue with the device he is rude and unwilling to help. They say whatever they need to say to get you to buy from them and then act like oh well not my problem now when an issue occurs. I urge to never use this location. The location on 72nd and Sheridan on the other hand had friendly helpful people.

Tyler was seriously the best.! A very rude customer came in while he was helping me and he delt with it in a very professional matter. He helped me get the best prices and fixed my phone issues!

This has been my AT&T store for years. Unfortunately the quality of its employees has fallen to a all time low. As I walk in the door as told to do on the phone about a warrantied phone replacement shipment, I’m greeting by a young kid(unfortunately I did not get his name, was working January 25th 2023 around 6pm alone in the store, definitely not it any management position, or so I’d hope) he proceeded to ask if I was a customer that walked in weeks prior calling him a “prick 40 times” and became defensive and standoffish, and presumably did not want to assist me. I had absolutely no idea what this kid was talking about or whom he was referencing. I believe it’s necessary for disciplinary action to be taken against this individual for negligent treatment of customers along with some education to better help customers, this embarrassment of a service provider knew absolutely nothing about the phone insurance that is offered by AT&T and was less help than asking a random person on the street.

Immediately got assistance from Tyler, the manager of this store. He helped us with so much more than we thought we would need help with initially, and he was phenomenal at it. He explained everything in great detail, he was very sweet and enthusiastic. Tyler was hilarious and very clearly knew what he was doing. Thankful for his help tonight. Five stars, thanks again Tyler!!
