Dallas the Manager was extremely rude. He definitely doesn’t have the customer service to be a manager. Needs some training, or maybe just needs to be a nicer human being. One of the two. Paige however was super nice and helpful.

I had a great experience with Garrett and Omni yesterday upgrading my phone and also getting additional support for other issues I was having! These guys are amazing and so kind!!! Please tell them I said thank you and I will only come see them at this location moving forward!

The employees at this location lie about costs and fees. I needed to update my phone and the employee I worked with told be the overall rate of my bill would increase $16.00 per month. He told me it may take a few months for this increase to fully process so I may see a bigger increase for a few months until everything was processed. A few months went by and the increase was not corrected. Now the increase is over $50.00 per month. I went into the shop in person to follow up as instructed by the salesman, and he was gone on vacation, so I worked with the manager, the manager's name starts with a D and rhymes with Alice. He offered no help and basically told be my new bill was going to remain at the higher rate than was verbally promised to me. These guys are hacks and I will be looking for a new provider, do not shop here. If you're looking for a good service provider look elsewhere, the people at this location are looking to take advantage of you in any way they can. Do yourself a favor by never doing business with these people. The store manager responded with a link to file a complaint, I filed it 3 weeks ago and still have heard no response back, my score remains 1 star out of five and I will soon be writing an additional review for the same issue.

Representatives cant explain discounts and plans at all. There confused trying to understand themselves now Im stuck with a 3yr payment plan. FU!

They were great, I was in and out in 10 minutes and fixed my phone fast for me as I was running g late for work. Over all this is my go to store now.

I was trying to trade in 2 of my phones. One of my 2 trade ins was not working so I went into this store. They literally stole the phone we were trying to trade in. They printed a shipping label for it in store, it got sent back to Verizon and was delivered but we never got our phone credit off our new phone. The manager Brenda tried to fix this but eventually just gave up. So not only are we now being charged full price for a new phone that was supposed to be free, but they also are keeping our “old” trade in phone that was a pretty new iPhone and worth at least 500$. I can’t believe such a large company has such incompetent employees and fraudulent business practices. Worst store and company. ——thank you for the reply- I filled out the request- if the issue is resolved I will remove this negative review — filled out request suggested below and Verizon never got back with me

Rude, argumentative and completely unhelpful. Went in to ask for help with phone, explained symptom, was told it wasn't possible and I was causing issue with touch screen. Girl was very rude, even making a face at me. Verizon, you give me no reason to stay with your company, lots of carrier choice! UPDATE: you could start by telling me which store I can walk in to that would help with my question since I am still having the issue they said was impossible, with a smerk. Also like to know if these many issues of rudeness reported for this store are ever addressed with the staff.

I had a great experience today with Jennifer and team getting signed up for a new plan. I came in very close to closing, with a phone that had died, and the workers here were kind enough to help out even though I really should have come in the next day. Big thanks to everyone here!

Incredibly unprofessional service. I came in with a broken phone and wanted to know what phones were in stock and what I qualified for as discounts. The front door person started out nice enough. The sales representative came to the table with an attitude immediately (short blond girl). She asked if i wanted to stay with Google, I said no. Then she proceed to tell me they have the new google 6. I said i wasnt interested in the google 6. She then told me that i could get a credit of $100 for my broken phone for a google 6. I said no. She told me there isn't much she can do for me then. So I told her that I guess I would have to go to Best Buy. I then asked about the protection plan that I was provided a brochure at the front and had in front of me. The front door guy jumps into the conversation aggressively telling me that I said I wasn't interested in hearing about that and that he told her word for word what I wanted. I rebutted that it that wasn't what I had said, and that i was interested in all my options, and they both began telling me that I was being rude and that I could leave. Cool. I've never been treated so disrespectfully at a Verizon before and I will not be coming back. Best Buy has much better customer service and is directly behind this location and took care of all my needs professionally and respectfully and in a timely manner.
