Donna was very helpful and has amazing customer service! We are so thankful to have had her to assist us in the event of a stolen phone. She made sure to get us the best deal and was empathetic to our situation. Great experience for an unfortunate event!

I just ported from T mobile to At and T. I had so many questions and customer service couldn’t help. I was at this store at 9 am first thing in the morning which I felt bad and Crystal was so helpful and kind she literally sat with me and looked at my account and broke down the balance. Set up the phone for me and transferred everything. She had so much patience and was so kind. I’ve never met someone so kind and patient. Crystal should be a supervisor or get a raise. She knows her stuff and has great customer service! Thanks Crystal!

After calling several other att stores which all said that I can't keep my phone number when switching from att prepaid to postpaid, finally talked to Donna at this store and she said it wasn't a problem at all, went there and Eric was able to help me, and I was able to keep my phone number which I had for 14 years with att, the other stores just wanted to make more money for selling a new line, the guys at this store were honest and just wanted to help unlike the other stores

Dylan, the manager was great with both my mother and me. We had several (probably silly) questions, Dylan respectfully walked us through everything making sure everything was crystal clear for both of us. We left there very satisfied and grateful for such professional service.

There is an employee who seemingly actively tries to sabotage sales. He behaved very strangely while my family and I were in the store trying to make a purchase. Later, I had to to call the store for a follow up question (guess who answered the phone). At first he basically refused to help me, but changed his mind and decided to give me inaccurate information instead. When I called back the next day, a didfferent and very helpful employee confirmed that it was indeed inaccurate information. The entire setup took about 20 hours longer than I've experienced with switching to any other carries but the only part of the experience that bothered me was being treated badly by an employee. Crystal was awesome though!! 👏 👌 🙌

Bourhe a prepaid SIM, didn't work, got a second, still didn't work, had two befor and my phone is AT&T approve, their contract Sims work, just not their stupid prepaid, they refused to give my my money back, even tough it was their fault, apparently they have had mani issues with those Sims. This is a place and company I can not recommend.

100% recommend this store. This a is a corporate store. Don’t go to the Westminster’s store, come straight here. I had a problem with a very simple solution. No one via phone note the stores in Westminster could help me. In fact the initial problem was caused because of both Westminster’s stores. I came here, and the manager solved my problem on a matter of minutes. Something I had been struggling with for days. He had a genuine interest in solving the issue, was professional, courteous, and kind. He save a plan with 4 lines. Amazing customer service and pleasant experience. Come to this store first. Skip going to any other Att stores go straight for a corporate store!! Thank you guys!!

I’m very happy and thankful for the way James/Manager handle and fixed the issue just in a couple minutes. My husband was passed away more than 2 years and his name was on the bill statement and we had a lot family members passed away since, very sad I have to decide canceled 3 phone lines,( I still can’t decide with my hubby phone line ❤️) Anthony sharing the feeling and comfort talking to me and my daughter. Finally the problem solved, I don’t have to go to call 611 and dealing with most off people working for AT & T from the other country ( 😭nightmare 😭) Anthony and James are super support extra and beyond over above of their job . I will definitely be back here for something I need for help in the future . Keep up the good work! You never know how much important you make for your customer like me .
