Old Navy

Friendly and helpful associates. I was able to get my online order quickly while picking up a few extras. The items I found in store had stains on the interior of them that I didn’t notice initially. I had removed the tags so I couldn’t return them.

what I appreciate about this location is that they have a decent clearance section. every store needs a good clearance section. especially with growing teens.

Great deals and very clean store but staff, especially the female at register, was quite rude and not friendly at all.

It was the friendly staff that held my items that I had picked out until the next day when my coupon would apply, saving me $35 on my items that made me like this place. They could have rang me up and charged me full price, but they asked if I had a coupon, and I remembered I did but I was one day too early. They asked for my name and number and said, if you come back tomorrow you can save some cash and you won't have repull all your items. I was fine waiting one day. Thank you staff

Got in and got out pretty quick. Prices didn't seem to be high.

It was horrible the cashiers had me wait and they were rude, they were talking instead of having me pay my stuff. I had to leave the stuff I was paying for and I asked for the manager and they never came out so it was a very bad customer service. I was the only customer in there and it was unreasonable for them not to attend me.

Upon entering, the jeans where displayed. Unfortunately it was a mess. Came on a Sunday Morning about 20 minutes after they opened. It was so cluttered and disorganized it felt like my kiddos bedroom. The store felt completely cluttered just trying to get around to look at clothing. It's a small store but I've never seen it such a mess. Sizes where hard to come by in the sense I had to look through every single piece . Some started at size 5 then jumped to 20 then to 9.. this was in the women's section and the young boys section. Eventually I found two shirts in the boys section but I don't think I'll come back to this location because it was very messy, cluttered and disorganized.

I love this Old Navy! There always seems to be a great variety on regular priced items, as well as clearance items. Shout out to Anna who was super helpful and kind in ringing up my Old Navy cash!

I am not sure if old navy has a curbside but my experience today in the Lakewood Colorado store (belmar) was not very pleasant. I saw a sign for$ 27.99 for yoga/leggins work out pants unfortunately the one i wanted was wirhout a tag. when I went to pay the cashier told me it was $39.99 there was a big line and I offered to show them the error since the sign for the entire row showed a different price. I worked in a few retail stores before and in a situation like this they should honor the error. The manager I assume was so rude ( her tone of voice) to me and told me that there was no reason to bring the sign to the cashier it was just a small piece of paper and it was the way she spoke to me made me feel like I was a taking advantage or something. They did honor the error but it made me feel so uncomfortable. I don't think I will go back to that location again 🤔

My daughter and I went shopping at Old Navy- we went here specifically because their fitting rooms are open! I am over buying stuff and returning it later because it doesn't fit. Being able to trying stuff on is a huge deal maker/breaker. After shopping around for an hour and picking our "maybes"- we headed to the dressing rooms to finalize our decisions. The worker at the fitting rooms informed us they were closed for the night!! There were other people still trying stuff on and it was almost an hour and a half before they closed. The store had less than a handful of customers, and they had more employees working than customers shopping! We each had 3 items to try on! I think it's pretty sad if that is your level of customer service!! We left with only buying 1 thing. I will not be going back there to shop!! As we were leaving there were 3 employees hanging out talking- doing nothing. Disappointing experience for sure.
