I was the only one in line waiting to purchase something and the girl behind the counter was putting things away, but completely disregarded me as did the other employee who was chatting with her. They were very aware that I was standing there waiting. I left my merchandise and walked out. I understand people have bad days, but I am so tired of people making it obvious that they don’t want to be there. Long gone are the days of friendly smiles, and good customer service.
My family and I were at Ross this past weekend and there was ONE person working in the ENTIRE store. The poor girl was the cashier and the line was to the back of the store. We waited in line for an hour. I felt so horrible for her. She handled herself very well and was still so nice and positive despite the circumstances, however I could tell that she was overwhelmed and needed a break. Ross you HAVE to do better. It's completely unacceptable to only have 1 employee working, let alone on a very busy day.
Needs better management. Poor cashier was all by himself and doing the best he could. I saw workers but didn’t come for back up to help the line move.
We reserved a table for 5 on Friday for 7:15 and were seated promptly. The server was attentive and responsive until we received our appetizers. Our favorite was the Buffalo Califlower! I highly recommend it. From there our experience became no attention until our meals came well after an hour later.
This place was a total disaster I understand it’s the holidays but this is insane couldn’t really shop or walk through need to keep up with the shopping center!!!!

Shopped here many times. It is clearance store. Many different brand names at a discounted price. They have a good selection of shoes, plenty of clothes m, luggage, unique food and household items and miscellaneous items too.
I am so dissapointed in this store. I bought many things 2 weeks ago along with 12 month socks they forgot to take off the alarm , the gentleman that checked me out checked our bags but not entirely and said it must be a sensory sticker I didn’t blame him he had a line and was the only employee working up front so I didn’t think much of it either but once I went home I noticed the alarm on the socks. I haven’t had time to drive to this store just to get that alarm removed and finally today I went and the lady tells me I need a receipt to get them removed ???? Who the hell keeps a receipt from two weeks ago just to get an alarm removed that wasn’t even my fault!!! That’s so frustrating I’m returning to this store one more time hoping I get attended by someone else and if I get the same outcome I’m never coming to this store again
Half of the items in this store do not have tags. Esperanza decided to accuse me of ripping tags off. I spend thousands at Ross monthly for my business. To be made out to be a criminal when asked what what price of the items is not okay. Teach your employees how to treat paying customers.
I have to say that I've seen thrift stores organized and cleaner than this place. The entrance needs to be mopped and some TLC throughout the whole store..I was very disappointed and made my trip short
