The liquor store next door accused me of harassment when I asked 3 ppl walking into it "why do we pay taxes if the govt prints the money?" No 1 from the 7-eleven came out 2 defend me that I wasnt harassing any1, though I asked them 2... Sad

This store may not have all of the items that other ones offer. They do have small stuffies and self service iced or hot coffee. The staff is always pleasant; even if you come in at the break of dawn.

Oh man! They are super nice! We went in for drinks, and my child dropped a Slurpee on the way to checkout. But they didn't make us buy it. Then I tried to top off the Slurpee, and I accidentally made it spray Wild Cherry onto the machine and floor 😱, but the very patient lady just said don't worry no problem. Thank you 7-11!

This is one of the trashy franchise 7-Elevens that since they don't have to follow corporate rules they have decided that paying customers don't have the right to have access to the restroom. Disgusting. Nothing more need be said.

New girl last night doesn't hardly speak a word of english. Honestly, I didn't care until she refused to take a "susan b anthony" as legal tender. 1. Why put an unqualified person or one that is unable to communicate alone at register! 2. Why is not just 711 but customer service everywhere going out the door!

I purchased a microwavable cup of macaroni and cheese at the king's supers behind this location. I've been out Christmas shopping And running errands as it is the busy time of year. I stopped in to this 711 and I planned to purchase a beverage and heat my macaroni and cheese so I could eat it on my way home as I have things to do when I get there. The cashier immediately screamed at me as soon as I even got close to the microwave and proceeded to tell me I was not allowed to use it because it was nighttime and it was her microwave and that's what she says and then if I wanted to use it I had to purchase something first. And even then she shouldn't let me use it because what I had to microwave was not purchased at her 711. She was incredibly rude I will never go back to this location I happily went across the street and bought my tea and heated my macaroni and cheese at the coming go and gave them my money as their cashier did not treat me As I was a problem. Need a reminder I the customer And the reason The employees have jobs this customer along with all of the other customers are the reason These cashiers are employed. I wasn't treated at all like a customer I was treated like a nuisance and chased out of her store.

I am an Uber driver, and we are fond of 7 11s ( our platform has a partnership with them in a way, so I tend to do business with them before other convenience stores ). Anyway, it is Christmas Day, and after hours of driving, I thought I would take a break and go to the bathroom here. As I was walking to the restrooms, the cashier said no bathroom in a voice that felt like it was saying more like go away. I said okay and stepped out to clean up my car, which I did, then settled a bit for a phone call that had just rang. After answering the phone the cashier comes out and gestures rudely, so then I hang up and go ask about what the deal is. Apparently, a driver stopping and being out there for 10 minutes is too much, and I am supposed to leave. Okay, I do. And, not going to ever go back. So surreal (esp after working fuel center and truck stops, myself, over the years).

I will go to a different store! Just like the staff said. Good business practice is when you price things wrong, you honor the price and learn from it. Three times this store has hit me with bad business practices. I'm done going to this neighborhood store. 5 years a customer. Hope it was worth it.

Been to this location every night and some days and now I know the reason why I don't go In the day time. I went to put money on the my card to take myself to work. I went in the first time and ask to put money on a card, the eastern boss lady didnt take my card but gave me a receipt (which I thought she knew, which that would of been nice). I sat home and waited for money to post for 20 mins. I called the store and the lady said she thought I wanted a money order (but clearly didn't not listened or made sure of what I wanted). She literally still think I said it, straight up rude when I asked for her I mean it's resolved ( with bicker in english and her language)but if someone can bring her back to comprehension school, that would be cool.

Cashier at this 7-11 is terrible. He accused 2 kids of stealing and they were frisked by cashier and they had nothing. Will not go back
