7-Eleven

Night clerk is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in customer service. Yikes. Barely glanced at my ID before angrily telling me it didn't have a birthday on it... after actually looking on it, low and behold, my state issued driver's license does indeed have my birthday on it...

PAY attention to your customers walking in. Don't ask me to pay for a cup that I brought in with me, then treat me like I'm a liar. And drop the attitude. This location is getting to be as bad as the one at 72nd and Pecos. They need to quit franchising!!!

Tried getting gas at 2 different pumps before the attendant said they were out of gas! Now I'm stranded with the funds pending!!!

The cashier gave me my change back and was $5 short I didn't notice until I had went across the street to Walmart and he had only given me $12. I had given him a $20 bill to buy one lighter which was $2.99. So I should have been given 17 dollars back. When I went back I was told I was in the wrong and now I've been ripped off $5 because the cashier chose to pocket my money, That's literally a crime And I plan to go to the police and get the camera footage. I'm sure this has happened to other people, The cashier looked higher than a kite, nodding off. Apparently he needed my money more than I did to steal $5 from me. Happened on December 18th at approximately 6:51 p.m.

I've never seen a staff that could care less about customers this place gives 7-Eleven a bad name

Cashier refused to sell me anything because he was cleaning. If you're gonna close to clean, at least lock the doors or make a sign. Extremely unprofessional.

One of the staff members for the night that drives a yellow car is not trained and rude this one person makes visiting that location not worth it. Train your employees correctly on all product including cheese bread of they can make a pizza

This is the local 7eleven for my neighborhood. It is never stocked. We went in there three times this week and the nachos setup was empty (no cheese, no chile and one day no chips) or hot food. I asked the young gal at the register if they had any nachos, she said no and went back to her conversation. There were 4 people standing around chatting. Its often like this. I bought nothing and drove to the 7eleven on 72nd and Lowell. Fully stocked, clean and super attentive employees. Bought nachos and pizza and will drive there from now on. The job at 7eleven is not that hard yet 4 people standing around chatting, unwilling to WORK and stock their store. Frustrating.

If your wanting to work for 7-11 Go ahead it was fun. the people that come in is great. But working for this location need to be careful co-workers don't know how keep their opinions to them self what happens outside of work is the other personal business so keep all comments to yourself not blabbing to the boss what that person does on it's own time that person has a life a family, responsibility, bills, what if that person really needed this job to put food on the table and you want to go run your mouth to the boss did you get a pay rise for doing so I bet you didnt even get a pat on the back one of those thattaboy. So future reference keep your opinions to yourself.

I think the kid called Justin is the manager. He does a good job trying to take care of the customers. Little gal with the constantly changing hair colour is always pleasant and efficient. I stop off here often.
