Staff helped me find what I needed quick, and Ashley at checkout was amazing! She went out of her way to get us a coupon, and had an amazing attitude even though they were busy. The other two workers were complaining yet she kept a professional demeanor the whole time.

So hard to shop here nice staff but they don't know fabric, sewing, etc... App brings me in for 50% off but lord help me if I can't find something. Bought a 1 yard scrap of upholstery fabric 60" wide and had to correct the young clerk to measure length not the width.

I left the store today shocked about the rudeness of associate that cut the fabrics that I chose. Her name is Phuong. I am not from here and the way she treated me was beyond rude. No "please", literally giving me orders "put all fabrics you want to have here!" I told her that I would need a price check on them first. After cutting the fabric she literally threw the cut fabric in front of me. I was about to just leave the store. Told the cash register lady about my horrible experience and she pretty much didn't say anything. I'm not coming back to your store ladies.

You can find all craft, sewing, upholstry fabric. Lots of kid crafts and seasonal items. Sometimes the store is extremely crowded. Lots of coupons, they are always helpful. I like shopping here, everything from quilting supplies, crafts, interfacing. Pattern are usually 30% off.

Jo-Ann in Littleton is a friendly place to come! Fair warning, the free WiFi is very difficult to connect to. They require an email (for solicitations) and then additional confirming agreement following your previous agreement. I was counting on using the WiFi for research while in the store and ended up going to Michaels for most of my supplies needed. It was an expensive project so I wanted to make sure everything was right. The prices and quality of the products were not as good as at competitive stores. But the employees are very friendly!

I love arts and crafts it's my favorite kind of store.

They have a nice selection of fabric but poor service. They have the scissors locked up and when I asked to be assisted to purchase them and they said they'd send someone along to help. Waited 15 minutes and nobody showed up. I ended up buying the scissors at Amazon instead. It's not their fault they just seem short staffed.

Lovely selection of fabrics and crafts! I swung by for some canvas and ended up paroosing the whole store. Very inspiring for small and medium craft projects! The main reason I'm awarding 5 stars is that the staff was extre3mely helpful and friendly. I got a wide range of options pointed out to me by the human at the fabric measuring and cutting station.
