Hobby Lobby

I'm not happy that they no longer offer a 40% off coupon on their website. Now items that usually don't go on sale, like toy cars, are not worth the jacked up price they have. Before you could use the coupon and the item would come to the same price as as at Target or Walmart, but now there's no reason to even shop here if there's no sale going on. There are still good deals to be found during sales.

I love this store. If I could live here I would. The sales are great and I always find something useful for either my business or teaching in clearance. Always check their weekly ad as it changes every week and something different will be on sale. They alternate every other week for wall decor and table decor.

I always hesitate to do negative reviews. However, I had an even exchange and an employee did not know that all I had to show was my receipt. So I end up standing in three different lines because of an untrained employee having problems. Please train your employees. Thank you. I'll be back because I like Hobby Lobby

Hobby lobby is always clean and stocked with all the fun stuff you need for creativity. I wait for things to go on sale because the prices are at least 25% more than most but at 50% off they’re competitive if not better. I’m disappointed they stopped the 40% coupon and it’s cost them business from me because now I hold back until what I want is on sale. I’m also thankful because I don’t buy other stuff full price because I had that coupon.

Nice store, tons of crafting, painting, decor and hobby supplies.vert friendly and hepful staff. I'm sure some others have pointed this out but they aren't doing the 40% off coupon anymore, so otherwise this would be a 5 star rating.

Love Hobby Lobby!! It has got to be the best arts and crafts store for fun little DIY projects. And I come here regularly for the well priced candle wax melts, just bought 16 of them actually. Haha The employees here are always very friendly, shout out to the nice lady in fabrics!

There’s a lady who works in the framing department and she is possibly the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to try and work with. She blatantly doesn’t want to be there and is rude for the sake of being rude. It didn’t always be like this. My wife and I had spent nearly $2000 on framing at this location in the past but because of the new lady, we decided to take our pictures to the location on alameda where we got exceptional service.

The frame department went above and beyond to make sure the custom frame was exactly what I wanted. They checked in throughout the whole process with updates too. Exceptional customer service!

I went to Your store 3 times yesterday. There were empty registers, 3 open with long lines and a Customer Service Manger just stand there watching the employees work. Why can’t she jump on a register and help out. This picture was taken at 6:10 Saturday night. I’m 5th in line and she’s standing there on her phone. Why? Are your employees stealing money out of the drawers or does she think they are not doing there job?

My favorite place for home and table decorations. Christmas decorations were amazing this past year! Great place to find something unique!
