Michaels

For me, it feels like Michaels is the best for kids hobbies and projects. They have a serviceable jewelry department and framing usually feels robust. I feel like their baking offerings are better than others as well. I’m a fan of their Halloween village as well. They do a good job with all the standards as well. They do not do fabric and that differentiates them.

Had an issue with an online order and they were great about resolving it when I went in to the store. Pleased with the quality of the floating frames for our new family photos.

Sad display of customer service. Wanted to match prices with Michael’s online prices and they were too incompetent and stubborn to do it. After that, they told me to place an online order and come back in a few hours to pick it up. A technical glitch in the app then wouldn’t allow me to order the items in my cart. After going to the manager in the back, he told me there was nothing he could do to get me the items that were right in front of his face. Simply sad and frustrating. Going to Hobby Lobby tomorrow.

Great location, with a wide variety of crafting supplies offered. They also have their Halloween 2023 section started/being put out, which is a plus!

The 2 workers I spoke with were very rude over the phone and in person. I needed help getting something that was locked and they refused to help me. I actually drove to a different location to buy what I needed because they didn’t help me. Very weird and will never go back. Have never been treated like that

I do love Michaels for all my crafts, and cross stitching, but I try to always go to Walmart first because it’s cheaper. Michaels is worth going but only when they have deals or sales otherwise I wouldn’t go. Hobby Lobby can be a little cheaper too, but all these craft stores are pricey and you need to get sales and then it’s worth it.

Visited several other competitor stores with no luck... Michael's had what my wife sent me for. Thank you Michael's for keeping the homestead peace.

Had exactly what I needed to bury my friend's cat! A+!

When I went to the store, I could not use my digital gift cards, which were for Micheal's because they ran out of something I had already paid for, so they sent two egift cards.

Went on vacation brought back a wonderful art piece and need a new frame the staff were knowledgeable and helpful they also gave many options
