My coffee pot broke and I needed a new one. Caty was so kind and helpful and took time to help me find the Black & Decker coffee pot I was looking for. She directed me to Diane at check-out. Diane encouraged me to save 35% by renewing my Kohl's card which I had let expire years ago. I didn't want a balance on it, so Diane accepted my cash payment and still processed the credit card. Both of these ladies were very friendly, kind and professional. I hadn't been to Kohl's in a very long time, but they made my visit pleasant. When it's difficult to find a sales representative in other stores to help you, it's refreshing to realize that Kohl's makes their customers feel valued and cared for from the time we walk in the store. What a pleasant shopping experience. And I normally hate to shop!! Thanks ladies!

What a fantastic store! We came for last minute Christmas shopping and found many gifts and all on sale. There were few staff and long lines but they moved quickly and added a checker. We found professional helpful patient staff. Note they have separate checkout areas so see which one is there best before checking out. They have scanners around the store for checking prices.

I've always been able to enjoy shopping at Kohl's. A nice scent greets you when you walk in, there's space to walk and signs that give you information to get you to the right department. But it was actually a bit difficult to find a store employee, so I kind of had to wing it myself ~

Store Manager Amanda short gal shirt hair was extremely RUDE to an employee when we were checking out last week. It upset us so much that I still feel awful for the employee and we want to let everyone know her treatment. She belittled this older lady who needed a break it was busy and I would have said something to her but she turned around and was fake and nice to a customer right after. We all overheard her and the gal was an older woman with dark hair and glasses. I approached the woman after and told her she did a great job and deserves to be treated better. She was in tears. It was awful to see someone treat an employee that way. My wife and I will never be shopping at the Littleton Store again. I asked to speak with another manager a male, and he left me waiting too long. The store is a mess and it really broke my wife’s and my heart to see this poor woman working hard and getting yelled at by someone who should be a a manager. She should be fired. This is not our first encounter with her and we’ve never been fans. You’ve lost our business after that. Line drawn. Managers should be adults and not a middle aged woman trying to look like a teenager bossing older women who have worked there a long time and always nice. It was awful to see another human treat our elder that way. Amanda should be fired.
Employee at Amazon return, could care less about the customers. Mentioned to me the guy interview of me, took a piece of make from next to the desk. He told me the guy was stealing, and should be care? I'm pretty sure he could have paid up front???
The employees are super nice and helpful but they seem low staffed. I went in on a Thursdays mid day lookin for some new pants. The store itself is a mess, the dressing rooms are overflowing with cloths that need to be put back. But that’s okay, I get it, it’s very time consuming. But even the racks are not in order. Some have so much stuff you can barely look at the cloths. The hangers size doesn’t match the clothing size. There’s no rhyme or reason to the organization of the store. The women’s active section is separated by home goods items which is get for product placement but put it to the side not splitting a section. It took forever to find pants because everytime I picked up I thought was my size or under a type of leggings it would be wrong. Just organize it a bit more please and make it make sense.

This is probably the best Kohl's location in the Denver metro area. They always have a great selection of everything and the staff are very helpful. I just wish they would stop changing the floorplan every time I get used to knowing where things are! If it's difficult for me to navigate a store, then I will just shop online.

I was in this store on 02]28]23 looking to buy jeans and tops. It is hard to find what you are looking for with all the clothes all over the place. Clothes on the floor, tops on the shelves not folded and jeans all over the place. Nothing is organized. I have shopped in some dept stores where it is easy to find what you are looking for because everything is in a nice order. Clothes are nicely hung and clothes folded that are on shelves. Very seldom see anything on the floor. Will never shop at Kohl's again. I guess management doesn't care how the store is kept.

I like shopping at Kohl's. At every Kohl's I find the people friendly, professional and efficient. Southwest Kohl's in Littleton always seems to go above and beyond for me and they have for years.
The manager isn't friendly on the phone and was very rude I called to ask a question about looking for a job because I'm moving out that way I wanted to see if they had received my application and she snapped and sounded very stressed not my fault people don't do things right and don't listen to you I never even got a tone with her then my brother had to return something at Amazon and the guy there was absolutely insane he was screaming at my brother and had him in tears I'll never go back and I'll never recommend this store
