In a world where there are three cars in the mall parking lot, you would think businesses would be happy that you came by. I walked into JCPenney about 10 minutes before they closed, and the associate promptly told me that the registers would be closed in 1 minute and I cannot purchase anything. I have worked in retail before and if someone wanted to purchase something five minutes after close, they would graciously be allowed to. I am evidently not even welcome to purchase anything before close at this store. So be it. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Staff nice enough. Found a swim suit on the clearance rack, when I went to pay it rang up full price. The clerk didn't call anyone to see if it should be marked down, and if I wanted it at that price. I felt like she could have asked her up line if it should have been marked down.

I had went to go purchase some items here that were on clearance and sadly to say, the price was way too high even on a clearance. I didn't save anything nor did I get any help from employees. I'll stick with ROSS for my designer named brands in clothing.

I am very disappointed with my last shopping experience in South West JC Penneys There Air Conditioning has been out for a while now and with this hot weather it makes it very uncomfortable to shop especially when you have health issues I told one of the floor managers that it was very hot in the store and she replied that JC Penneys has no intention of fixing it The heat is trapped more so in the lower floor

I really like JCPenny's quality products. I always make purchases with my JCPenny credit card and only make purchases with deep discounts - because everyday prices are WAY over priced and not a good value for my dollar. The store manager - Tina was extremely helpful today with a credit card return issue today. I appreciated her competency.

Very sad. Poor inventory and no sales staff to assist you to review products. Open boxes on floor. Too bad Macy's closed their doors at this location. I expect JC's to do the same also.

Please update your Google Listings. I drove from Highlands Ranch because your listings indicate that you are open until 9 PM. That is not accurate. You location closed at 7 PM. You can see the sign posted on the door. Your customers appreciate accurate online information.

Was glad to find the items I originally went in for however when I went in to the fitting room, they were a total wreck. There were holes in the walls and left overs from previous customers. After getting dressed in some new clothing items I looked at myself in the mirror and noticed a huge streak of bloody boogers smeared across the the top left corner of the mirror. When I approached 2 of the staff about it they seemed lackadaisical & not surprised. What a shame.
