Just thought I'd let you know Health Images is a good place to go to get an MRI a CT scan, even X Rays. If you're in a predicament like mine, my health care is a long way from here. This establishment is conveniently close to me and the staff are kind and helpful. They sent my images to my doctor right away. A win-win I would say! Thanks a million!

Customer service is top-notch! The staff was friendly & helpful. The facility is beautiful, clean, organized. BONUS you get to listen to PANDORA! Yummy refreshments too & not just coffee! You get my vote for best in the western U.S. I'm from Vail, CO, in my opinion your service and facilities are FAR SUPERIOR! Bravo!

Just showed up at 8:15 in the morning on a Saturday for my scheduled MRI and they said “oh we can’t perform that kind of MRI here, scheduling error! Sorry!” They said they tried to call, yet mysteriously, calling to schedule the MRI went through just fine but then “trying to call” to cancel it magically didn’t go through. I have 4 bars and no missed calls. Far more likely that one of their techs called foul at the last minute and they started scrambling. Avoid at all costs, they want your insurance money so much they’ll schedule imaging they can’t actually perform here. Go to OCC Imaging, they have a nicer facilities, their scheduling dept knows what kind of imaging they can do, and their phones work *all* the time.

BEST IMAGING CENTER IVE BEEN TO(of 5). Christian was extremely friendly at reception and Blaine was a great tech. Very polite, professional, clean and overall a positive experience for an otherwise fairly unpleasantly loud procedure(great earplugs, too!) ...I truly don't understand the negative reviews of this place? 1 star because you have to contact insurance to apply for reimbursement or just dont have coverage...why blame them? Imaging is expensive and takes time. 5 stars from me, guys! Thanks again! (Plus TV while you wait, so come on!)

I have used Health Images at S Potomac several times. Every time is has been a great experience. From making the appointment over the phone, being taken care of when I arrive, and the patience and help of the technicians, I have always had a positive experience. The images have always been very helpful to the doctors I have been working with.

Simply, there are no words to describe what the staff of Health Images on South Potomac, Aurora, CO did for my mother and me. We arrived without vital information, data about a heart monitor she had surgically implanted. She could NOT get an MRI without this info. My mother has been in great pain after a stroke she suffered earlier in the year, and without a new MRI she was not allowed to see her pain specialist. With any other organization, with any other staff members and techs, we were facing another two to four weeks, at least, before she could receive the attention she desperately needed. But with the compassion, intelligence and understanding of the system our tech, Emanuel (Manny) had and with the fast acting of the front desk manager, Talisha, somehow, unbelievably, they got my mother in and got her MRI completed. My mother was facing weeks, maybe a month more of terrible pain. I can’t thank Emanuel and Talisha enough. As I waited for my mother to get done I observed the entire staff go about their business. They were all kind, respectful and professional. This is a “Crack” staff and the office is run beautifully. Whomever is in charge of this facility, they do an incredible job and need to be thanked as well. Emanuel, especially, broke his back to help my mother, a woman he’d never met. I will be forever thankful to these fine, beautiful people. They are not only great at what they do, they truly care about their patients.

I went online to complete the paperwork but the app froze & I was not able to complete it until I got to the office. There I had to do it by hand--UGH! I do not understand what made the app freeze on my iPhone 13, so I am unable to further explain. I do know there are issues w/other apps used to complete paperwork for medical appointments. One minute it appears fine, the next it won't let me do anything except turn off the phone. That does free it up, but it also looses whatever I had finished before it froze. Good news is that dealing with the personnel was enjoyable. They were kind, warm, & professional.

I had a wonderful experience at Health Images. I had an issue with billing and they were helpful and corrected what needed to be changed. I went in for a CT Scan and the following week went in for an MRI with and without contrast. I was VERY nervous for the MRI. The technicians were extremely helpful and walked me through the process. They moved quickly and the process was very smooth.
