Big Lots

I don’t know how much I trust the food here, but there’s plenty of other good products available. Good selection of furniture in the middle of the store. I found some good Hot Wheels that just arrived.

I placed an online order with this store. I paid $542.95 for a $399 chair. The extra money was for "same day delivery" which was going to be the next day anyway but that was fine. It never came and when I contacted support they just tried to pawn me off on their third party delivery company. I asked for a refund of the hundred dollar "same day delivery" fee and they tried to tell me that same day doesn't really mean same day. All I know is that those 3 words in that order only mean one thing. Don't advertise it if you won't do it. Now I'm out $542 and have no chair to sit on.

I come here often and sometimes find interesting things and good deals!

Picked up a few things I was completely out of at the last minute before closing and am happy to say that the service was friendly, the prices were decent and the entire trip went smooth.

Ladies cashiering were kinda rude to the people in front of us. It was late and the cashiers wanted to go home it sounded like also.

Found what I was looking for but staff was very uneducated about where to find things and made me feel dumb asking for crayons

I can’t believe I didn’t know that big lots has almost everything you need in your house! I’ll definitely be back for some more home shopping !!

This used to be one of my favorite places to go to buy various things, but their prices have gone up significantly with the quality of their goods not matching. Still go here every once in awhile but it's not the store that it used to be
