Walgreens

Gave me a medication I haven't taken in years and wouldn't take it back and give me my actual medication I take now. Lied and told me they would get ahold of me urgently to help me figure out this problem (assistant manager probably just trying to get me off the phone as I never got a call back). It's not even the pharmacy staffs fault as they only had 1 person working in the back running all the windows alone as I'm assuming they are understaffed but not paying enough to get more employees to work for them. Don't go here if you can help it.

Holly in Pharmacy at this Walgreens is knowledgeable, customer service great working to get my husband's prescription right. She is an asset to Walgreens.. Than You Holly!

I went to the pharmacy at 1:25 no one was in line the place was open. I decide I will go grab some chips so I can just cash out there I go back maybe 1 min later and the were closed!!! When I asked the lady she said yea we go on break at 1:30. They had time to serve me but refused, all I needed was my prescription. I don't have money to keep driving 15 min from my house I stop by when I'm in the area. This is ridiculous. I'm changing pharmacy ASAP.

Absolute joke! I made an online appointment for a flu shot. I received the confirmation email and went to the store. I get back to the pharmacy and see a sign that they are out of flu shots except for the over 65 age groups. I confirmed it with the girl behind the counter and she said there is nothing that they can do about it. That’s probably true, but someone somewhere can address this! Making an appointment and going to the store for no reason is unacceptable!! Making the appointment was a waste of time as was driving all the way to the store. Why allow people to make appointments that don’t exist? This is beyond the pale! I’m nearly certain that there will be no effort to fix this. This is utter and complete nonsense. Try updating your website so it doesn’t allow people to waste their time making appointments and driving over there.

Only judging the phone robot. It can't understand what numbers you press or say. So awful and it just rambles on. It's like trying to have a logical discussion with a leftist

I went in for a flu shot, they only do online appointments. I understand that it's how they book appointments. I couldn't get the website to work so I went in to see if they could help me schedule one. They had no desire to help me. They told me to go online. I asked if they had any appointments scheduled. They said I could look online and see. I reminded them that the online option was not working. I asked if they could add me in on their system manually or if I could fill out a form. Same answer. Go online. Useless. This is just another reason people don't get flu shots and spread the virus. I was more than happy to pay for the flu shot and not be part of the problem. If only they would do their part and actually administer the shot...like they are paid to do.

This walgreens location shouldnt even exist they are the worst pharmacy ever. I schedule a flu vaccine a week ahead I even got a txt Ns e mail confirmation for it and the very last minute a pharmacist called and left me A VM to cancel because they dont even have flu shots! Also medication re fills they txt you to let you know is ready and when you showed up they give you half of dosage without eveb letting you know !! Bwcause they are always short! Waiting times are ridiculous drive thru or walk in workers there are unprofessuinal talking about personal Issues all loud no caring about the long lines .save ur self a gwadache go somewhere else!!

Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean store. Well-stocked. I love Walgreens. I just hate that they are priced so much higher than places like Walmart for the same exact products. It makes it cost-prohibitive to go there much. I can only justify going to Walgreens when I'm in a hurry and need a smaller store to run in than Walmart or Target. Sad.

They tell me the only way to check my prescription status is to call every few days. I do so an a week later my prescription is not in their system 🙄

Second day unable to pick up my medicine. The recording and online hours say they are open until 9. Wrong they close at 6. Today closed until next Tuesday for no reason, just because. I will never shop in a Walgreens after this. Ill make sure i let everyone know not to shop there either . Just close your pharmacy permanently this is nonsense. People need their medicine.
