Automated prescription refill process is very flawed. They have broken my prescription into multiple partial refills instead of providing one refill in it's entirety. The refill process was same day this time last year. Now it's multiple days AND they won't start the process until the number of days between refills matches pills dispensed. This forces me to miss days between refills every single month. They blame insurance, but they are the insurance? On a positive note, the people working within the store are very nice and helpful when they are able.

No wonder Walgreens stores are closing!! Walk in after a prescription was ordered over an hour prior, no one in line and no one is waiting! For a low level anti inflammatory medication they tell me to come back in 1.5 hours. At the exact time they close for lunch! Time to move on to another provider!!!

Beware on prescriptions if you call for info you will get a call center not the actual store. The call center repeatedly lied to me about when my prescription would be ready I drove up and they told me totally the opposite of what the call center said. Considering switching to a different pharmacy now due to this.

We got our latest vaccination for Covid-19. Works great for us. It's close & for now it's walk-in. The pharmacy staff is great, too. Very nice & helpful. With our insurance it's still free.

Floyd is an absolute mess. Went to purchase Pokémon cards and was met with rudeness and attitude like I’ve never seen. We’re buying collectible trading cards and he’s telling me to hurry up and checking his watch like I’m a jerk. Will be reporting to corporate.

Pharm tech on different occassions this week refused to update insurance and caused me to spend an extra $50 to pick up prescriptions for an elderly friend. Did not update address or insurance when provided with the information. Will move our household prescriptions to online options instead. bye

I know I should have brought my own bag. However, I was on a walk and thought I would stop in to get some things I needed. Large items; ice cream, milk, etc. the cashier, Cc, put all of them in one bag. No big deal, I was close to my house. I felt the bottom and there was already a large hole. Why would you put multiple large items in one bag? That was ripping ?? I asked for a second bag, said I was walking and the cashier's response of "Ah," was a bit rude. Then I had to struggle to put the bag around the already overfilled, protruding bag. Not everything needs to go in one bag, either. Learned my lesson.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. While there was a bit of a line, due to the lack of humans that are willing to work, the cashier was SO kind, polite, and efficient. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic.

WoW don’t ever order photos from this place!!!! They will loss it! I order a desk calendar with family phones. Got an email to let me know it’s ready for pickup only for the staff to loss my order. What great service you will get. My big question is did they give my order to someone else?

I’ve been sending my prescriptions here for years but no longer. I went to urgent care on a Thursday morning, went to pick up my prescription 5 hours later and they told me they wouldn’t have time to fill it until the next day. When I went to pick it up Friday, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed. People need these life-saving medications and to tell people they’ll be ready and then just be closed is cruel. It’s now Saturday evening and I was finally able to get the prescription no thanks to Walgreens. Shop local, support local. To hell with you, Walgreens.
