Decided to go back and try this “thing”called rent a center at the commerce city store. I couldn’t believe how funny Nick was, what a people person. I asked if he was new he said “yes, I’m actually the new store manager”. I was astonished no one has ever made me feel so comfortable and not pushed especially in that store. Wherever he came from he’s a blessing! Previous managers should of learned how to be a manager and treat customers like they want to be treated. I also met Jose who delivered a king bed set all alone due to low staff but he had no problem delivering it just to make sure I got it the day I asked for. Seriously the store only had 2 coworkers but they made up for all previous employees there. No one will top my experience at this store. Thank you Nick and Jose the power house of commerce city!

If I could leave a review without a star I would. I went online and did the penny down as advertised and went to the store to see if I could just pick up vs wait for delivery. The store manager who was wearing a sweat suit vs rent a center uniform states that “A $100 deposit or first payment is due before the agreement can began. It’s sort of like an “unofficial rule” because the bad people messed it up for the good people.” I’ve NEVER heard of a rent a center making there own rules outside of what has already been advertised on the official website I will be contacting the district manager Drew and also corporate because this is a poor example of customer service and stating that other people ruined anything for the next makes no sense each customer should be treated fairly and appropriately.

Ive known Dave for many many years and we've had our bad and good. But he is just doing his job sometimes. With Jose and Dave I've had good experience and they are helpful to me. No complaints.
Hands down one of the best rent a centers given that they are working with only 2 employees at the moment. Organized and efficient. Helpful and courteous. Reggie and Ana are doing a wonderful job. The only other place that comes close is the rent a center in Brighton. Shout out to Eddy and his staff as well

As i was into the store i was greeted by a barking dog. Service was not great didn't bother to ask of i needed help. As when Jose, David and Monica worked there i had the best service ever. I always was welcomed and greeted. I will be right with you and took there time to help me out

This place deserves 0 stars. Dave is the worst human being. Biggest coward ever. They literally broke into our family members house, without any consent or even without anyone home, took all our furniture, left our room a mess, left doors unlocked. We tried calling to see what's the problem, he hung up on me, wouldn't answer any questions. Our family members came home and we advised them of what occurred, we all went to the store, cause we wanted confirmation of our contract that states that Rent a Center can enter the property without us being here. Of course Dave (Mr. Coward) refused to answer any questions or show us a copy. He threatened to call the cops for trespassing, but him and his horrible employees trespassed on our property without our concent. Do not do business here. They make their own prices.
