Just stood in fron of the drill bits for 15 min trying to figure out how to get what i needed to tap a hole. Another customer came up to look at drills and someone came to help him immediately. Waited patiently for him to help the other gentleman that showed up well after me. After he was done, employee wandered off to the other side of the store to talk with employees at the register. I walked out. Nice to see where your priorities are!

Not all Harbor Freight’s are equal. Everyone knows what HF offers, so the real difference between this location and others in the metro is the employees. Always friendly, always helpful. This is THE best HF in the Denver Metro!

Awesome as always. The staff there is so very helpful and accommodating. This is always my first stop for any tools that I need.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Went there today to get a motorcycle Jack, it was like pulling hair to get the short guy at the register to help. He still wouldn’t help. He was trying to get us to do his job. Once I said can I get some help he said it’s not his job to help customers what so ever. Should be fired immediately.

Harbor Freight is the best place to buy a hand tool or power tool that you don't have to count on for years of heavy use. Many of their products are available with a high-end price and a low-end price. And as usual, you get what you pay for (if you're lucky). For example, I needed to get a hammer drill that I would likely only need to use once or twice. Rather than buy a well-known retail brand hammer drill like Ryobi, Dewalt, or Craftsman for anywhere from $130 to $250 , I opted to get a "Bauer" brand hammer drill for $39.95. It worked acceptably well for the 2 projects I needed it for. It didn't have to last through years of abuse. The stores I've visited are about the size of your typical Ace Hardware. They stock a decent variety of items other than tools and there are usually several price points to choose from. There are also a lot of items in the one to twenty dollar range. Flashlights, tow straps, drill bit sets, car fluids, hand tools, batteries and more are available in the lower price ranges. They also have several coupons a month that are really good deals but again, if you don't spend much, don't expect bells and whistles or super durable products, but you will get the basic tool that will do the job. Unlike Ace hardware, you usually aren't going to find a bunch of employees on the floor ready to help you every minute. I think there is usually just a cashier. The stores are also clean enough and friendly enough and well organized enough to get the job done!

Not my usual location but they had all the sale items I wanted in stock & the staff was helpful.

Always a long line to checkout. Slow cashiers. Maybe if you ask less questions you could get the line moving faster.

I really enjoy checking out the store when I need something that the big box stores do not have.

You can't beat Hatbor Freight for price. They won't have as big of inventory as big hardware stores though.

This is my favorite Harbor Freight store! The manager there is always very helpful and so is the rest of the crew.
