Decent place to get all of your home improvement items. Memorial day weekend is a very busy time, but we still had no trouble finding what we needed and getting checked out. We're also grateful for the veteran/military discount.

All I want to do is get a patio door installed. Don’t try to do this online or over the phone, no one will answer or call you back. Update: Called 800 number 30 min hold time but you can request call back. Call back received and now I have an appointment for home consultation next week! David at Lowe’s on W Colfax was helpful and professional. 2nd update: Had the Lowe’s measure consult with Stuart and the installation measure with Kevin. Stuart had said once premier install did their measurements all I needed to do was pay and I could do that at customer service desk any Lowe’s store. Went to Lowe’s Lakewood store today, customer service sent me to doors where I spoke with David who basically said can’t help you, can’t take payment, that only Stuart can take payments. I asked for a manager, who never came. I was ready to pay $$$$, Lowes service is still a hassle.

As always. Lowes is so much more relaxed atmosphere than H.D. and customer service was great. I beleave its our 3rd appliance from lowes and they make it easy.

Wife and u were looking for a new kitchen range. They had a good selection.. pricing was good. We had a great sales guy.. so we have a nice American gas range being delivered this week.

Every internet or special order I have placed in the last 3 years or so somehow gets screwed up. Whether it's the wrong item or the shipping turns out to be 2 weeks later without any notification or incorrect website descriptions. Very frustrating. The staff is usually very helpful however.

No one at the paint counter. No manager on duty one person working the self check out on a Saturday afternoon. Complete waste of time. Couldn’t get anything I needed. I have been a Lowe’s customer for years. This is by far the worst I’ve ever seen I should’ve known when I saw the 2 1/2 star rating.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went to this Lowes location on 6/25 to look purchase and install carpet in 3 separate rooms of my house - a bedroom, a loft and a back entry way. When we were setting up the measurement process I explained how the loft area, the stairs and the bedroom were going to be 1 type of carpet and the back entry was going to be a berber. On 6/26 we were set up for measurements. The guy who did the measurements said that Lowe’s would be reaching out to me within a day or two for next steps. By 7/5 I still hadn’t heard anything, so I stopped into Lowe’s to finalize everything. Once the estimate was pulled up, it needed to be refigured as it had one type of carpet in all 3 areas. They sent it back to the their central quoting to get it corrected, assured me that it would be completed day of to take advantage of the buy more save more deal, and in the event it wasn’t, I was assured that deal would still be honored for the issues. By 7/8 I had another estimate, this would be the second one also incorrect as the stairs were the wrong carpet, she refigured it quickly and sent it over to me. I was confused why carpet that was $1.28 a sq ft and carpet that was $1.57 a sq ft equaled a $2800 charge, when my own quick math estimated $1200. Adam took the time to dig into the quote and figured out that this estimate was also incorrect and had the most expensive padding, so he reworked it to the padding I had originally requested and brought it down. He had to rework the quote 3-4 times to get everything correct. I was promised 20% off for the inconvience and told that the only stipulation would be that I had to apply for the Lowe’s project credit card. Adam then called me on Tuesday evening said that he wasn’t able to get everything corrected as it should be, and assured me he was going to get it squared away fist thing Wednesday morning. That is, until Beau called me on Wednesday afternoon asking what happened and why I felt like I deserved this discount - from the start of our phone interaction he was extremely rude and condescending and acted like I was trying to steal from him. He refused to understand that these issues were not my fault and thats why the deal was offered, at one point he even said “Do you have the quote in writing?” And I said “no, because it’s taken so many times to get it reworked” and he goes “not my problem.” He acted like giving me a discount of $900 for install was a favor, when it’s advertised on their website as free install purchases above $499.. Some people shouldn’t be in management, and he is certainly one of them. 
I have filed a formal complaint with corporate… told I need to follow up with the store manager… that would be cool and all, if they knew how to answer the phone… Save yourself the headache and hassle and go elsewhere.

Tried to get ABS pipe in parker Lowes. First employe had no clue what it was second employee saud they get bought out of it and you had to basically wait out side befor they open and hope to get some. So I tried an online order for castle rock store but they pushed my order off to Aurora store then hours later when I was hoping to pick order up I found out it was then pawned off to South Wadsworth store so I could not get order untill following day. FYI make sure specific store has what you need befor you go or even try an online order. Especialy if you need same day.

Since the heat destroyed some flowers I went to Lowe's. Although they were featuring fall flowers I was able to find a few vinca. They have a great variety all the time.

Lowes always have what you need. Lot’s of plants to choose from. Be sure and check the discounted plants in the back. Sometimes you can find great deals.
