The Home Depot

I've been at this store weekly since moving to the neighborhood 3 years ago. Recently, we've had a lot of projects, so I'm there almost daily and I've really started noticing how great the service is here! I try Lowes around the corner occasionally and can never find anyone and when I do, they are not helpful at all. Home Depot staff are way better. First, Crestline Home Depot have enough staff that you can generally find someone to help pretty quickly. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and really give great advice and are helpful. The young ones that don't know much are at least friendly and smile and seem genuinely interested in helping. The woman I worked with in special orders was great and figured out what I needed and had personally ordered samples of a shower wall material that made my bathroom project much easier. I actually did have a nightmare scenario with a dishwasher instalation a few months ago. Home Depot staff as usual knew a lot more about the various models than Lowe's and it was easy to get what we wanted on order with Home depot. The installation company Home Depot uses however was horrible and installed an obviously damaged unit and it took me a month to get resolved. the delivery company refused to take responsibility because I didn't call within 48 hours of the installation to report this unknown leak issue. how crazy! I didn't know there was an issue until it started leaking and couldn't see the huge dent in the back. really screwed up process!! Ultimately, I got the Crestline Home Depot store involved and Sue was great. I felt terrible the local store had to fix the problem since it was this delivery company's issue, but they gave me a new unit and it all worked out. Sue called proactively throughout the process to stay on top of it. Her commitment to getting it resolved was so appreciated. I was really a mess when I started working with Sue. It took me a week of back and forth with Sue to believe it might actually get resolved and start trusting her. She did exactly what she promised and handled my frustration really well. I've also gotten great advice in plumbing, rentals, gardening etc! Thank you Crestline Home Depot Team! The staff here is always helpful. I come here almost exclusively for all my projects. The return policy is fair, pricing is fair, customer service is great. I honestly have no complaints, only great things to say about this establishment. Keep up the good work Home Depot!

Yet another home Depot review. Normally you receive the service you expect. The products you want when you want it. Everything you need for minor repairs two major projects.

Many helpful staff -but everything I was looking for wasn’t available. Definitely a home build/improvement store and not as much for supplies for creative building and projects (to be fair the creative stores didn’t have what I needed either)I will have to stick with online ordering.

Easy to find items with the help b of an employee to point you to the left...or right. The employees are very helpful and can look up your item(s) quickly and easily. I recommend just reading the aisle signs first. They are very busy.

Great site live next to it. They don't follow much of the sign posters. Atleast for someone living next to the home depo. There not suppose to have trucks revving while waiting for delivery. Fork lifts running all night just give west lake greens a break

Everyone here is very helpful. Tyler gave me some great tips on how to complete my project. Aspen was very helpful at checkout and trying to find what I was looking for. Very grateful to have wonderful service, I’ll be back

Wait 20 minutes for Denny/Danny to finish with a customer, asked for help once he started to walk away. Ignored me. Asked to other employees to get his attention. Never showed up. Apparently restocking returns is way more important.

99% of the time if you do curbside pickup they will just ignore you and not bring out the order. Also, please do not trust the associates' advice, there is a reason they are working at HD and not the trades. Needless to say, I will be back every weekend lol.

I really wish I had gotten the lady's name but she was stocking the cleaning stuff on April 8th 2023 mid afternoon. My wife and I were grumpy with a teething baby and of course the store was super busy . We needed some cleaning items and some plywood for a project we have been putting off. She was super helpful and kind and the item I wanted was on backorder but she showed me the larger bulk version that I could put in one of their empty spray bottles . Frankly in the mood we were in we probably would have just given up and left but she was awesome. Thank you .
