Inexpensive hardware and other various items. Haven't had any issues there. And the cashier which I forgot her name, is super helpful and always a positive experience.

One of my favorite tool stores. Their magnetic tow lights are much better and cheaper than Home Depot’s and are usually in stock. The Icon line of wrenches and tools is A grade and would recommend them to anyone.

If you like driving a hour to find out the tool you called about that they said they had isn’t there then this is the store for you. Online said they had a large quantity. Called the store to make sure before making the drive they said they had them. Show up and then they say they have none. Great business skills

Bought this Predator Auger at Harbor Freight in Longmont, CO. 1st hole Dug less than 4" before the throttle went full on. Almost broke my arm trying to turn it off. Totally unusable, returned it to the store only to be charged with an illegal restocking fee. Manager said he would waive the fee but it still got charged on my credit card. Both he and another manager refused to return my money hiding behind a corporate policy of theft. Law states restocking fees cannot be charged on defective product. I would not recommend this product, or this store or this company.

Super helpful, friendly employees go out of their way to take care of customers at this location. I had a great experience and picked up something I've been wanting for a long time at a really great price. Joined the ITC while I was at it.

I have to say that the Value that you receive for most of the Tools is well worth the price. There are more quality tools other places. But for the Value you can complete most Jobs for less with Habor freight Tools. Some of their tools are actually better quality than more Expensive Brands!

They have ads on the counter that aren’t even in effect. So you grab an ad on the way in the door and have a bunch of stuff that isn’t actually discounted yet. So dumb.

Excellent hardware store that has nearly everything you could imagine for tools and accessories for decent prices. Definitely worth visiting if you’re needing a tool or bit and don’t want to spend a lot of money. Lack of cashiers and customer service can make for some long waits at checkout if it’s busy so be prepared.

It’s amazing how much different harbor freight stores can be from each other. The store had a young cashier that greeted everybody that came in with a big smile and welcome. Found what I needed and got out. Went to the harbor freight in. Fort Collins and it was the totally opposite. They made you feel like you were interfering with their lives that they would be much happier without customers.

Always a good time buying stuff I need and stuff I don't need. This store is better than others in that it is cleaner and better laid out.
