Harbor freight has come a long way tools have definitely improved. I been going here for years . I buy a lot of tools generators pumps can't beat prices. Definitely recommend

This young girl at the checkout was the the sweetest! Knowledgeable and what she was talking about and great customer service! I wish I saw her name! Keep up the good work!

This was the first time I've ever been to a Harbor Freight. I went in for a light bar for my truck. Rae noticed the deer in headlights look on my face and immediately stopped what she was doing and came over and asked if I needed help. I explained what I wanted and she admitted she didn't know much about mounting them but she would try her best to help, and she did indeed. She spent the better half of 10 to 15 minutes with me, giving me tips, showing what I would need to buy, comparing sizes, brightness, and differences between flood and spot. She gave me her undivided attention and even explained the warranty and return policies. I'll definitely be shopping here all the time now.

about 12:15 today 7/31, many people were in the checkout line, and cashier made a lot of in appropriate time for chatting and holding a dog, and annoying the more than 10 waiting in line. We asked for help but excuse was you were short staffed. Except the staff has time to not work! Check the front area videos.

I love this place- and I hate it. It used to be I could troll the aisles and walk out of there with an armload of items I couldn’t live without but prices here have gotten so high that while a few bargains do still exist and they still do coupons when you factor in the price-to-quality ratio it’s just not worth it to me to shop here anymore after a couple decades of loyal patronage.

I absolutely love this location. Everyone is always so helpful, especially the cashiers. Angela, Rae, Jen, and Aldy are my favorites. They are always smiling and sweet. They also keep their cool when they get extremely rude disrespectful and ENTITLED customers, which I've sadly witnessed way too many times. The store is always so clean and organized. Rae is like a directory, If I'm ever lost at where something is, she always knows where it's at, and if she's not stuck up front, she will always take me there. Always feel welcomed and at home. The girls smiles always brighten up my day.

Doesn't honor coupons or deals. Purchased something just prior to a huge sale. Didn't inform me it was happening just after my purchase. And when emailed about the deal refused to refund the difference even after being told on the phone they would. Customer service is lacking.

Everyone decided to be there and checkout at nearly the same time as me, so what should of taken a few minutes turned into waiting in a 15min line. They do have some decent quality items there.

The store is very good. I've been shopping there for a long time, but today, April 1st, I go and change some gloves that I had bought on March 31, but nothing else, because I don't have a State ID they told me they can't change it and I asked why to buy them they did not ask me for identification. maybe it was the type of person who served me
