I ordered a mattress online and didn’t end up liking it, but had a free 90 day return policy. Had to stuff it in the back of my little jeep so 2 workers helped me get it out. I picked up the new one as well. I don’t always feel respected a home improvement stores as a woman but everyone was super helpful today without being condescending. Mattresses were both very good quality for a great price im very satisfied with the new one. There was nothing wrong with the old one just too soft for my liking!

To the three boys that helped me load 22 pieces of 24x24 concrete pavers today, they were a great help and definitely deserve a raise.

Its a home depot. like most of home depots. But organized and clean. This is a mid/small size homedepot, so not all variations of tools/wood/etc are available here. Also parking is a pain. Small parking in the fron of the store, and they made them mostly for handicaps/"pro" In a busy day you only get to park very far. which is not that bad (if is not raining or snowing). but, lot of trucks using 2 spaces, or blocking the main entrance where they shouldn't park :/

The staff is good but, I bought a premade grill for my husbands birthday. I purchased it in advance and said I'd pick it up the following week. When I got to customer service. They handed me a large box and said I could bring it back the following week to have it assembled! That was NOT our agreement. I'm also in the middle of renovations. I purchased panelling, thinking I could get more if needed. I've been waiting weeks for them to get more in stock.

Walked into Home Depot pist off but walked out with gratitude. It was my 100th visit to Home Depot of the day because I'm doing it myself, learning home renovations. Not familiar with the names of tools I just have visions in my head. So I'm walking through Hope Depo with confidence, walked to the tools department, and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named MARIO. Then my day changed. Mario greeted me with such kindness welcoming me into the home depo in a gentle voice and asking if I needed help. I did need help just unsure how to say it. I described the tools I pictured and Mario knew exactly what I needed. Not only did he lead me to what I needed he helped educate me on my purchase in case I needed more supplies. With each item I purchased, he described its use. I felt so honored to get such support. I believe if anyone has encounters with Mario, he's truly helping them, as he did me. The gentle welcome the needed support and the education I received that one visit was well worth the 100th trip to Home Depot this day. If you need support in home depot ask for Mario in tools. You're in good hands. Home Depot gives Mario a raise. In the 30 years I've been to Home Depo I've never received the support and education Mario provided. And based on our interaction. I'm sure he's been a tremendous support to everyone leaving lasting impacts on all customers. Like in support to give Mario a raise

If this was any other Home Depot it would get 5 stars but they lost my package at their receiving dock. A week after it was due to arrive I called support. Now I have to wait another 7-10 days for them to reorder.

I had some good help finding the right sized bolts and washers I needed to reassemble our side table. However when it came time to go to customer service to pickup another item I purchased on The Home Depot app, there were too few associates and the line was too long. Instead I purchased the bolts and washers and then selected Curbside Pickup on the app. An associate came out within two minutes and loaded the item right in the back of my minivan for me.

Do not buy plants here. We bought 4 or 5 indoor plants and two of them turned out to be infested with bugs. Also they seem to have no staff working and it’s like pulling teeth to find anyone to help. If you’re looking for tools, go to Lowe’s. They actually have staff and will help.

The grand place for all household and building materials. A chain of stores, Strategically located to serve all housing, furnishing finishing and maintainace needs. There's nothing you need for housing and works that you cannot find here. Very well sorted and classified shelfs. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry. Secure parking. Etc
