Young man went out of his way to help. Not only pleasant and willing, he was cheerful and helpful too. In fact, he should be in charge of customer service! You cannot deliver a good experience until you first understand what it is. This was the Ace on Harmony Road in Fort Collins, CO. KUDOS ACE and young man, thank you for a stellar visit. Smile

Staff here are always very helpful!! Even with weird requests or whatever. I came in for specific screws and he made sure he found exactly what I needed even tho it took a while! Good people, I'll always come here bc it takes the stress away! Thank you!

I'm in love with this place. I meant it. I lost all faith in hardware stores, like homedepot or lows. One day I was looking for EGO lawnmower and found out that ACE has an offer with it. so I bought it with pickup. and went there. Ppl here was super NICE. Then I came back to buy special glue for flooring, and again a great experience. I even came back again to buy an extension cord that was way cheaper getting it online, but for the first time in a LONG time, I felt good to put muy money in local stores rather than online (even expending time going there and paying more). Everything that I can get in there, I will, instead of online.

I use several different ACE stores just depending on where in town I happen to be. The employees at this store are just always so friendly and helpful. I particularly want to compliment Grant who always has a smile on his face and is extremely knowledgeable in the paint department. I wanted to acknowledge that his help and kindness does not go unnoticed and I always look forward to our experience when I see he is working.
