Be very careful if and when you go to this store! There is something going on here, I haven't been able to figure it out, but when I do, I'm going to make sure everybody knows. The workers here are curtious and helpful. They greet you and say things like, "Good morning! "Hi!", "How are you?", and "Can I Help You Find Anything?" Some will ask, "Are you finding everything all right?" and if not, they appear to be happy to show you. There were two that even asked, "Do you have any questions?" That, "If you come up with any, be sure and ask." What? Then there is the merchandise! It's a trap of some kind! As I went to get what I came for, I saw some other things I needed. Then, after I got what I came for and the other things I needed, I found some things that I didn't know I needed, but I did! They were perfect solutions to other issues I have, but I didn't know there was a solution to fix it. The weirdest thing of all? After getting what I came for, the other things I needed, and the solutions to the issues I had that I didn't know there were solutions too; I didn't spend much over what the original item I wanted cost. How, you ask? The savings! Not only is everything a good deal to begin with, but almost everything is on sale! Now, the drawback was that I only planned on being there 10 to 15 minutes, but I was there an hour and 20 minutes. I thought the Love of My Life would be angry with me. But she wasn't! You see, the solutions to the issues I had that I didn't know had solutions? Well, a couple of those issues were actually issues with things that affected her, and now they were solved! I ended up being more of a hero than late!

I've been coming to harbor freight my entire life. I recently shopped at the location on 104th and Washington. The store is a complete disaster, nothing is in the correct spot and they blast your email with 4 coupon adds per day but when you go into the store and do not have the coupon present they will hold the line up for 8 minutes. When it was my turn I had my hands full and also didn't have the coupon present the cashier proceeded to stand and whistle as I looked thru my emails for the coupon. Mind you there is 4 lines 10 people deep and the manager isaah will just stand with his hands behind his back as if he was a military drill Sargent talking down to his customers like there below him. I will never shop at this location again.

I have been to this store 3x a week for 5 years for work. I see this store struggling with being under staffed regularly but there is a worker here named Chris who gives literally the best service in town and it makes up for alot. Today i watched the guy carry a heavy jack set to an elderly couples car when it was busy because they could have hurt themself lifting it . This guy gives individual care every time your in there and you don't feel like your burdening him. Incredible attitude. Exceptional customer care. Management material for sure. Chris at harbor freight we see you putting in 110% and I hope your superiors see it too because you earned it!

Website says they price match any price if I find it cheaper somewhere else, I went there and asked for a price match on a product their competition had for $50 less and all the cashiers told me they didn't even the manager told me they didn't. I went to buy it at the competition ✌️

Decent tools to pick from. Miss the 20%off coupons but will occasionally get the 15% off during holidays. Only buy the greatly reviewed stuff on YouTube or buy the disposable stuff.

Extremely unprofessional and no customer service. And it was the acting manager lady too. Asked if she could check another store and verify if they had what I wanted befor i go there and I was told not my job.

This place is a hidden gem among overprice Home depots! The only thing that made my shopping experience a little bitter was this cocky black employee, who was unfriendly and discourteous when I stopped him walking by to ask a question. This was not someone you would want representing the customer service of your store.

Enjoy shopping here, not as overwhelming for this less than handy man as the big box tool stores. Nice to have a cheaper option if it's something i am not going to use frequently, and seems like their return policy is very fair. Customer service has always been friendly as well, seems like a good team at this location. I will return!

One of the better stocked HFs in Denver area. About typical for ambiance and layout. Far for me (two HFs closer), but I keep coming back here because they have on the shelf what the website states they have....while other locations its hit or miss.
