We always have a good shopping experience here with their selection and customer service. We were absolutely blown away when we went by this weekend and saw their Memorial Day tribute to our veterans. Thank you Lowe’s at Southlands, we are so grateful for your heartfelt display.

Had to drive from Leadville to this Lowe’s for 3 boxes of flooring we could not find anywhere else. Was instantly met by Jason in store—he was friendly and engaging, and wonderfully charismatic. He immediately got me the items I needed, and then took me to Alejandra & Lexus where I was met with continued outstanding customer service. Alejandra & Lexus got me taken care of right away, and I was out of the store and on my way home. Fantastic experience.

Being a homeowner is an easy. But Lowes is the place that can help make that job less cumbersome. A wonderful selection of gardening, painting, appliances, tools, even holiday Decour! It seems like I can always find a friendly red vest and Lowes employee to always help me find what I need. Conveniently located on Smoky Hill and Aurora Parkway, this location has it all. If you don’t know what you need or need assistance just ask one of the friendly employees!
Each visit can feel like an involved hunt, taking more time than necessary. We came looking for some irrigation components for our yard. It was hard to find someone to help and then when we did, he was friendly but didn't understand what we were looking for or which department we might find it in. It's come to the point with Lowe's that we've got to do a lot of our own research ahead of time, then search the product online (down to what aisle it's in) before we visit. Not a problem, but sometimes having the knowledge in store is helpful. Once we did find what we were looking for, the aisle and products were in disarray. Lowe's has definitely become a backup option to some smaller, more organized, and knowledgeable hardware stores.

I love Lowes over Home Depot....more selection. Lower prices. But their carpet installers are horrendous and don't stretch your carpet....you end up with bumps in the carpet. I have tried 2 times in the last 2 months to get it resolved and no management at the Quicy and Buckley store returns phone calls. The flooring manager took all info....and then went out on vacation or sick leave. Horribly mismanaged store!!!

Good service all around. Ordered on Lowes app and did curbside pickup. Notified when I arrived and my ordered was brought to my car in about 4 minutes, by a polite, man who thanked me for shopping at Lowe’s and wished me a nice day.
Visited the store to have some wood cut for a project. Little did I know that I’d be receiving some of the best cutting service I’ve ever had at a Lowe’s. Kody was fast, efficient and overall a rockstar. Cuts were precise and quality, with the added bonus of me only waiting there for less than 10 min. Which speed doesn’t matter, but still quite an impressive feat. Kody was even nice enough to help me load some of my purchases into my car after. Exceptional employee that improved my overall trip to the store. Thanks Kody!

I like this Lowe's location over the same location Home Depot it's not as packed and a lot easier to get back to a highway. It's just better, haven't had any half@$$ employees either.

I ordered and paid for a garage door over a month ago. The mill works dept is dumbfounded as to what is happening with the installation. I don't know if the door was ordered and they don't either. They told me installation was free then charged me for it. Charged me for a low overhang when it is over 17 inches. A low overhang is 12 inches or less. I see why I normally do not shop at Lowe's.

Had to order windows due to hail damage. Decided to add a bay window to the kitchen. Went with Pella as they are a good value for the money. Cole, in Windows and Doors, was invaluable helping me order the correct sizes and getting me a smokin' deal.
