Bud's Warehouse

Went to Bud’s yesterday (I must have called 15 places that all just wanted a quick buck, before someone recommended I head here). I was in pinch with a quick timeline to replace some cheap doors. I walked in with a lot of requirements and questions I didn’t have the answer to and left paying 1/3 of what I would anywhere else with a much nicer product. Everyone from walking in to loading into my car was awesome! Bobby is the man and taught me so much about doors based on my situation in 15-20 minutes. Would have been 5 if I wasn’t so excited asking him questions. The place is no joke. They really care, and you can tell they have a mission beyond just money. Thats clear the minute you walk in. Everyone you talk to truly wants to help!

BUD’s is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about the store and organization it supports. It helps to have some patience when shopping at BUD’s b/c you need to kind of hunt around for what you’re looking for but I have now remodeled three homes with materials primarily from BUD’s (tile, cabinets, paint, hardware, toilets, vanities, furnishings, windows, etc) and we’ve estimated it saved about $80,000 on material costs. I find the staff are always willing to help find something, load something, bundle products together for a little better volume pricing, etc Wonderful place!!

Bud's literally saved our lives. At first I started going there to save money on supplies for a whole house renovation. I love sourcing my own material! Then, when our contractors proved to be untrustworthy we had to take over the project. Things that we have paid them for, they have not delivered on, so when something comes up at Bud's we snatch it up so at least we can have doors and other essentials in our home. Through this process, I have become close with the employees there. They are always so helpful and a wonderful smiling face to look forward to seeing. Nic L. has been instrumental in us getting the materials we need. He is very responsive and receptive to questions. Any issues that have arisen were taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Bobby and the rest of the crew here ARE OUTSTANDING! Not only does this place have an incredible amount of materials & stock, but the service, attention, and knowledge of this team is remarkable! We’ll be back again and again with all of our home building needs. It’s our new favorite store!

This place is great for finding good new and used products from duct work, wood flooring, all types & styles of doors, windows and much more. If your a handyman, diy’er, or just interested on saving money for you home project check this place out first before going to Home Depot.

Terrible customer service! I rushed there after work one day to buy a door, and instead of offering me assistance, all anyone could do is tell me how much time I had left before they closed. I let that go, and when I found what I needed, was treated with complete disrespect, when needing assistance with my order, JUST BECAUSE it was 5 minutes till closing. Are you there to work and make money, or not?! After that, I emailed both of the people listed on the website to have a conversation about it and NEVER received a response. All this from a place that used to play Christian music over the loud speakers. I used to love this place, but I won’t spend my money in a place that doesn’t understand basic customer service.

Amazing place to help save on your home improvement project. Every visit unveils new findings. If you find something you like, jump on it then or it’ll be gone next time you visit.

Super cool place with awesome second hand furniture for a great price! It was my first time visiting yesterday and I left with a coffee table, couch, and some wood panels. The products are great but the workers are even better. I met a really awesome worker named Greg who helped me sign up to receive 10% off and even showed me some pieces I didn't see and ended up purchasing. He made me feel comfortable with his vast knowledge and friendly demeanor. Definitely will be back for many reasons!

I really like this place. But you have to come in with time to find what you are looking for. One thing I can say, bring your own measuring tape.
