So disappointed that it has taken MONTHS to get a refund from Home Depot. They double charged me on a carpet order. It has taken nearly 10 interactions to try to get a resolution. Still not resolved - I now have to wait 4-6 weeks to get a refund check reissued. About 10-15 people have recently quit this store. I now know why. No more Home Depot for me.
We needed some parts to help upgrade a family upgrade an EV receptacle to a higher amperage and this store was on the way. Upon arriving it look like the store could use a facelift/refreshing. It looks tired. It is also in need of more through cleaning. There was poo smeared on the walls in the restroom. They were in serious need of maintenance and more much more frequent cleaning schedule. While the store appeared to be very sparsely staffed, we did find someone in the electrical department very quickly. Scott was one of the best Home Depot associates we have ever encountered. He led us through the electrical department very quickly and we had all of our required parts in under five minutes. Thanks for being fantastic Scott!!

To the young lady who worked at the paint department last night, thank you so much for fixing the paint color for me! You saved my day! Few days ago I bought “silvery moon” by PPG for doing a touch-up painting. The color code was correct - I bought the exact same paint as my walls were painted with. However, after applying it, it looked more yellow than the rest of the wall. No idea why the same color/code would look so different. I didn’t notice this issue until after I painted many spots all over the house with it. It looked awful, so I came for help. I had a few photos on my phone to show the problem. She offered to take some yellow out of the paint, and it turned out great! It was perfect. My walls look seamless. Thanks again.

Came in knowing nothing about painting a bedroom but John in the paint section was so knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed! He even took time to thoroughly explain how we should be painting our wall and which tools would suit our wall type. So grateful for his time and will definitely be coming back when I paint the rest of my house.
Spoke with their manager Debbie at the Broomfield location. She was one of the rudest people I have interacted with. She had no interest in assisting us, was condescending and rather than being helpful wanted to make it clear the wrong product we received came from their website and not her store. I tried explaining my frustration and she repeatedly raised her voice and interrupted me. I will not shop with Home Depot again after this experience. Their corporate office needs to have some type of quality control for how their management helps customers when the company they all work for makes this large of a mistake.
Went in for floor finishing products.... had to ask someone for help with an item on the storage shelves up top. The guy didnt want to put in any effort to help me find the item that said was in stock. Even check another area it could have been located in. Customer service lady was extremely unhelpful... didn't want to help me so made me walk across the store to self checkout for assistance. Cheryl the head cashier was amazing, and extremely helpful. Everyone else sucks! Definitely dropped the ball here.... more training maybe? Give Cheryl a raise and promotion. She clearly knows how to help and be a great employee!
So disappointed in my visit to this Home Depot today. First it was impossible to get down so many aisles with a cart, I kept having to turn around and try another. Then the garden paver bricks and other heavy blocks in the cement aisle are up on the second shelf, making it difficult and dangerous to get them. Then when checking out, it took 5 associates, over 5 minutes to figure it out which blocks to ring me up for. Terrible, terrible system. Next time I'll try Lowe's.
Waited 30 min and three customer service reps later they still couldn’t figure out how to process a refund with a receipt for a faulty item, so they told me to go find my replacement and gave me the wrong aisle and were MIA when I got back to complete an exchange. I had to leave without what I needed so I wouldn’t be late for another appointment. The service team doesn’t call when special order items are ready and can’t find pallets of lumber when I arrive at my prescheduled pick up time. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
Best Staff ever!! I love this Store!! Everyone is so helpful and kind. Always willing to help you find what your looking for. And they Always have what I need. 😁
