I stopped in rather late and was worried about finding anything before closing time. Kate was incredibly helpful. She asked if she could help me, measured me, directed me to some good choices, got me a room to try on my choices, helped me find some different choices, and checked me out when I was ready. She knew her stuff and I felt really comfortable. Thank you for making this so stress free 😁

For starters the large woman working at the store shouldn't be working with people at the front. She was wearing inappropriate attire and messy look. Almost like she just was ready to clean her house on Sunday morning. Bad attitude towards clients. The store was filthy, I paid for my paper bags and she didn't gave me any tissue paper, I politely asked if the store is no longer giving tissue papers anymore and she said "Do you need one?" I said, It would be nice. And she took some out of the drawer and put it in the bad. The other customers and I looked at each other surprised. No even a Thank you from her. .Terrible experience.

Nice customer service seemed like they forgot what they would say like they were busy. But that was ok they were still very nice and helping. Got good deals going on. Weird thing I was trying to sign up for a card she said I would get 25% off my purchase I did it and then she said I can't get it that if I get a letter back saying I could I can come back up then get it which. Weird cause I thought that was the purpose of signing up. But besides that and her not wanting me to save but wanting ke to spend more it was a ok experience. Everyone else was great except the cashier girl.

I went in with my daughter for the semi annual sale. I keep getting harassed by the employees that worked here every 3 minutes. I had the manager yell out that I was looking at the wrong sizes in front of other customers. As a person of color the treatment was unnecessary and borderline harassment. What an awful experience.

Went Black Friday shopping with my daughter and found some great deals! The associates were very nice and helpful. Thanks for making our day extra special!

I came in for the first day of the semi annual sale and was disappointed. After ten minutes of waiting for a fitting room, I let myself in because there was a gaggle of employees chatting at the registers. After twenty minutes someone finally appeared and i turned on my call light. She asked if i needed help, i said yes and she turned off my light and walked off. My friend asked if someone on the floor could bring me an item in a different size and she was told the fitting room person would help. I left without getting the item. Horrible customer service and it wasnt even busy

Love my Victoria's secret, I always wait for my coupon to come in so I can get more goodies. Every first month of the year is always good to come in, they have lots of sale stuff from holiday and are the best time to stock up.

Some of the workers are great and friendly. I understand it's an early sale at 7am but one of the employees is real short wasn't trying to help me at all. maybe she is new. Was my favorite store to come to since it's in a small shopping center but I will definitely go to any other locations to shop for now on. All it takes is one employee to ruin the shopping experience at any location.

Terrible service. They do not allow anyone to try on anything. My daughter bought two bras while here for the holidays. They did not fit but she left Christmas day to return home. We could not return them without her credit card, they would not just give the credit back on her card. Now we have to mail the bras to Florida. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!
