Could organize their clothing a little more. Looking for underwear is like a Walmart sale bin.

Nice store but they didn't let me try on everything I wanted as they said the sizes were consistent.

when i arrived to this victoria’s secret, i had been on a long hunt for the perfect panties and bras. i had been to many stores, many other victoria’s secrets, i was losing hope. i was parched for panties. as soon as i stepped in the store i was hit with a flash of light, and she appeared. sam. i knew instantly my quest was about to reach its end. she brought me over to the underwear and bras, selections like no other! i was at a loss for words, so many options! sam helped me find the best ones.. before i knew it my hands were full of different styles. she so lovingly put them in a bag for me. she was so good at her job, she must know the secret of victoria herself! and now i type this, surrounded by the best panties and bras a girl could ask for. i will definitely be going back. sam really completed this victoria’s secret

They don't sell the love addict anymore. So I got some sample bottles for my wife to try. She likes a couple of them. now I can go back and get something new that she does like. The girls at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Made my shopping a lot easier.

New and fresh styles across the board. Exciting styles, comfy, racy, sexy, fun and cute. Whatever you are looking for this fall, VS has it. New scents too. I'm really happy to shop here again. Great selection of gifts as well. Classic VS is still strong.

I hate shopping but the girls were all super helpful. They sized me and I had no idea what I was wearing was actually too small. They found me types that I liked and even helped me pick out colors right after trying them on. I didn’t need to shop they helped do it for me. Plus the quality of the bras are amazing they last so well, I stopped buying bras from other retail stores like kohl’s and target because they last a month and are all stretched out and no good.

I had never been measured before so I was curious. Turns out I wasn’t what I thought I was. I don’t know proper words for different kind of bras but just saying “I wanna look like I have cleavage” was enough to get great recommendations. The girls are pretty, charming, and everything smells good. Super pleased with how soft and flattering and well fit my new bra is. I feel like a million bucks. I’ll be coming back.

My wife and I weren't too sure if Victoria's secret was trans friendly just because we had read some other people's experiences online but I had a coupon and really just wanted to get my wife something nice so she could feel a little more comfortable in her skin- but we were so pleasantly surprised last night because from the moment we walked in to the chapel hills location their manager and employees were so sweet and helped my wife get sized and made sure everything fit 100% and made sure that she loved everything she looked at and it was just wholesome. They even stayed shortly after closing to help. So like big kudos to them and their manager Kaitlyn (sorry I can't remember how it's spelled) for being the best ❤

The Victoria Secret at this mall is fantastic. Given the times, I was surprised that they offered to help me measure myself for a new bra. I visited the store at Citadel and got measured incorrectly twice there. The girl who helped me asked me what I was looking, what type of coverage I needed and even asked what sort of padding I liked and let me feel it out to figure out the one I wanted most. I left with 2 amazing bras that fit me perfectly (surprise since the last place I left two different times without my bras fitting at all) when I got home. Couldn't recommend more.
