This store provides EXCELLENT customer service! Jesus is SO helpful & knowledgeable about paints, plus he has a great sense of humor!! We laughed A LOT! I purchased close to $200 in paint, and Jesus helped me get the best value with the 40% off sale. He knows his paints, and he helped me choose just the right colors & sheens for specific rooms!!! Ryan helped me set up my online account while Jesus was mixing my paints. 2 GREAT guys!!

I have always enjoyed shopping here. Staff seems friendly enough and doesn’t bug you when you’re trying to choose colors. They are, however, knowledgeable and happy to help if you need them.

Lydia just took over as the store manager about 5 months ago and her and her team have done an amazing job in keeping us rolling!

Their paint is the best quality and goes on like butter, with very easy clean up. The staff is knowledgeable about their paints. You can bring any paint sample in from different brands, and they can match the color. They often have sales, that make them competitive with other brands for the price, but you wont beat the quality!

The employees are really nice and helpful at this location. The store has a lot of natural light so you're able to pick colors easier. It's organized well and they've always had what I needed.

I have had several occasions to visit this store. I have had nothing but BAD experiences. The customer service is horrible. I went in today to buy $2000 worth of paint and ended up walking out because the employees were too busy flirting with each other to help me as I stood at the counter waiting for them to aknowledge my presence. Another time I went in I needed some information about different paint qualities and interior colors etc. The associate had no experience and was not willing to find out any information from another source. I will never step foot in this store again and can't believe they are still in business treating customers this way. If you are reading this I hope you have other options to buy your paint or get information you need.

The other reviews are really good which is confusing. The customer service I received from the woman there was awful. Maybe she’s not used to helping black people. The other men working there were better but still not great. Won’t be back for anything from here.
