Party City

They have a lot of selection but never what we go in for. Lego or building blocks was our most recent theme. We ended up buying a cupcake stand that had a super Mario design and just kept the topper off and hoped no one noticed. There was one lady restocking the huge empty side that was very nice.

So glad I paid party city $20 in inflate these balloons. They lasted 5 hours 🙄

These guys were the best! We ordered balloons off of Amazon for a specific party, these guys filled them up for a very reasonable price. Then, when one of the balloons wouldn't hold air, (oops, a hole in it) they replaced it with one of their own at zero cost to us. They were kind, helpful and very proficient.

Such a bummer! I keep trying to support this business, but 3 times in a row I have had such an awful experience with balloon ordering/unable to return items. I want to like them because the young boys working are super helpful, unfortunately when they have needed to ask a store lead on something, these poor guys need to come back with an answer that is not what the customer wants to hear. I feel so bad they need to be the messenger! Where else can one get balloons in Longmont? I won’t be spending any more of my money here

I ordered three dozen balloons for my gender reveal and within an hour of me getting them to the venue three had deflated. Not to mention that all the balloons seemed to be different sizes where some seemed to not be inflated all the way (see pictures). We had to more securely tie all the balloons so no additional helium would leave the remaining balloons. Unfortunately within the next three to four hours I had only half of my order floating and the rest were just on the floor (I was promised that they would last 24 hours). Highly disappointed since I payed well over $70 for these balloons. Save your money and order from dollar tree.

Lots of party paraphernalia for all kinds of events. Many balloons to choose from. Service was great; I couldn't find an item and someone came out from the service counter to help me search. We couldn't find it and he was very apologetic.

Great store! I've been to plenty of other Party City stores and none add up to this one. The place is always super tidy and clean and the staff is AMAZING, they've got a great team!

My child saw a little thing on his tocky-ticky app where he wanted to sound like Sia in chandelier so off to helium city (party city) we went! Well, after sixty balloons worth of helium, his little cheeks couldn’t stand their marriage much longer and couldn’t stay together! out came a BLASTERING MIND BOGGLING toot! Helium shortage who? MY LITTLE BABY Beefinglon IS A HERO!

I went to the store to buy decorations for my Hubby’s 50th birthday party. Miles, an employee was extremely helpful with giving me ideas of what to add to my decorations. He was very patient! Great attitude. Miles works at the Fort Collins Party City location and he was at the Longmont location helping. I am was grateful for meeting such a great person! Thank you so much Miles!

Half the store was empty. Despite their website saying they had what I needed, they didn't. 2 staff members on duty and about 9 people in line, you could tell they were frustrated.
