Overall experience is good The place is well constructed and well maintained. Good looking store with well stocked party items for sale.I came here for my daughter’s first birthday. If you are looking for helium filled balloons this is the place to buy them. Atmosphere and decor was really cool. Service was good

Greeted immediately with a friendly smile. The ladies were able to suggest options for my daughter's birthday and took us to the aisles, since we weren't familiar with the store. At checkout, the cashier was courteous, friendly, efficient, and engaging.

Management was awesome I needed stuff for my gender reveal but I didn't not know what I am having. The Manger she volunteered to look in the envelope and get what I needed to keep the surprise. So I went home and got it and we got to do the surprise to find out I'm having a girl!

We had an extremely wonderful checkout and balloon purchasing experience! Paloma was super fast and efficient at fulfilling my 20+ balloon order at 8:30 at night! Nobody seemed inconvenienced or mad that I was shopping so late and last minute! It was an excellent experience. Ken was even friendly as he was stocking and finishing out his closing tasks. This party city is always very well stocked with every seasonal item you could want and they never have empty shelves! Thanks party city!

What kind of party store does not sell Christmas wrapping paper the week before christmas?? The kind that will hire some short silver haired teen that will tell you yes we sell it in isle 1 and allow you to look for 15 min, before returning and having her tell you no we dont sell christmas wrapping paper. One job, customer service and you just have people straight faced lying to potential customers. I guess one step better than the employees who dont show up huh? Smdh!
