Talk about an absolute BANGER!! Party city does not stop turning up! The Bev cart associates are absolutely wild, mad helpful, and easy on the eyes. Although we were only inside the location for about 10 minutes, it felt like a lifetime! Such a trip, absolute trip.

I place an online order to be delivered for a party a week in advance. I placed this for delivery because I knew the balloons wouldn’t fit in my car and thought they had their delivery service figured out. Fast forward to the day of our party….the delivery shows up with no balloons. The driver said they wouldn't fit in his car so he left. The store had not called me to let me know what was going on so I had to reach out. They let me know they were looking into a van and it would hopefully be delivered in the next 30 minutes. 75 minutes later, and a tiny sedan pulls up and pulls out all the balloons (30 total) all in a giant knot. Please note i ordered them to be in 5 clusters with balloon weights but they showed up just in one giant pile (no weights). 4 balloons had popped while she took them out of her car and one was missing. I had to call back and get refunded for the missing weights and 5 popped/missing balloons. Oh, and several of my regular ordered items were wrong. This store made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. Dont offer delivery if you cant handle it.

By far the worst Party City I’ve encountered! I put in my balloon bouquet order online and my items showed “in stock” unbeknownst to me, the next day they call and leave me a voicemail stating they didn’t have all the items matter of fact NONE of my items were, so they chose a different theme. UH WHO DOES THAT? I did indicate to stay within the color scheme but you’re changing the entire order? These people were unapologetic had me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. They finally get on the phone and told them to cancel my order! This place needs a staff member makeover

I really went in to find a stitch candle! Wasn't anything stitch what's so ever. Only thing I bought was gummy spiders for my kids. Casey was a really nice employee

Casey was fantastic. I was overwhelmed with my party planning & he helped me immensely with showing me all the balloon choices. It was busy in the store yet he still managed to give me excellent customer service while he greeted everyone who walked in. Casey was patient & cheerful, you can tell he enjoys his job. I’ll be back again soon.

Very unorganized in this store but if you have time you will find probably some good things. More pricey than I expected. The worker that was blowing up balloons while I was in there kept popping them which was scaring my kid. The attached pictures were what I purchased for 50$
For the cashiers, do you ever see someone checking out and think “that’s going to be a fun party”?

I came all the way from Aurora for a balloon bouquet Peppa Pig theme said this was only location that had the whole bouquet I needed the big center piece 1,I called verified said it was there I prepaid order shud of been ready to go I get there nothing was ready & they didn't have the Balloon I needed! Horrible customer service, nobody to help or answer questions!

And this is why are oceans are dying... There's little more than unnecessary plastic junk that just ends up in a landfill or choking a living creature in this store. Avoid the temptation to prove your love with junk and mylar balloons and put your money toward something meaningful.
